That looks like miracle grow. If it is, cut back on the water as it releases too much fertilizer into the roots. Wait untill the top 3 inches of the soil are almost bone dry and then dive it a dose of water.
 
Looks like overwatering to me. But need more details. How often do you water them? Do you give them nutes etc.....
 
nope i dont use any nutrients jus rain water or if i smoke kush or dro i jus da bong water .
 
There's your problem. Stop watering it for a few days & let the soil dry out. They like dry soil, if you water it to much you'll end up with root-rot and the plant cant get any O2 from the soil.
 
Dig your finger in about 3 inches into the soil, if you can fell moisture, dont water it. Depending on temperature, humidity and light type, it should take about avg 3-4 days to dry out.

Happy growing! Oh yeah, you gonna have to give it some nutes as well soon, but wait for it to dry out a bit.
 
Damn bro, easy on the water kid.... You should only be watering every few days. Try to go by the weight of the pot. If it's light, needs water ect ect.....

Also, for your 1 plant 1 26 watt daylight 6700k cfl will be fine, just put it about an inch or 2 away from the top with a smooth cool breeze and you should be straight. For nutes try to find any nute with 20-20-20 for veg. Always start by feeding 1/4 the reccomended dose and ease your way up by 1/4 until your at full strength.

By the way how old is your plant?
 
honestly idk i have hade it for a looooong time now . it should have bn huge by now but since its my first time i do a bunch of idiotic things to it lol
 
Dont even trip man.... First grows are for learning and the experience...... It takes time to fully master growing. Also, every strain grows different.

Your plants growth was stunted from over watering. Good luck though man check out my grow........ Look under MY signature!!!!!
