Got a tiny 60x40x60 tent from ebay am starting a new grow it contains 1 diesel matic auto, 1 church,1 8 ball kush, 1 pineapple chunk all fem all from seed, I have also 1 cutting of a master kush that I obtained it was really small wen I got it and it just starting to come back, I have 5 reg medusa seeds that have just come up they are in peat pellets atm. Here's the cab with a 130 w cfl 6500k WP_20160530_19_56_42_Pro.jpg

And here Is a closer look WP_20160530_19_56_52_Pro.jpg

The clone I's about a month from cutting, stems have turned dark purple and some leave stems and veins are purpling does anyone know what this means? The mom it came from didn't have this .

Ive not had much experience with deficiencies so someone else can probably chime in there, but the purpling can be a reaction to cold temps. WHen the lights are off does it get cold in there?

Also fed her with some veg nutes called. Budlink its a silica nute with a npk of 14\7\20 gave her 25% less then recommended seedling dose

The preflowers might go away, but they also might stick around, my latest clone never dropped them... I wouldnt worry to much as theyre just a sign of the plant being mature. I wouldnt worry about them unless the plant actually starts flowering etc prematurely, Looks good mate :)

Seedlings are 2 Weeks from sprouting now. Here they are.

The master kush clone doesn't wanna grow lol she has grown about 5-10cm in the last 2weeks. Wtf??WP_20160607_16_54_39_Pro.jpg WP_20160607_16_55_01_Pro.jpg WP_20160607_16_54_09_Pro.jpg

Decided to give away the auto diesel rider and the other medusa that popped, only 2 out of 5 popped. Will still have access to it,was growing very slow, kept the 8ball Kush so far its the biggest out of the 4 I kept in the back right, medusa back left, pineapple chunk front left and church on front right, they're all 16 days from sprout and I thnk they are doing ok and are due for a tranplant. Im wondering what a good pot to put them in would b, since the tent is 60 cm high and the light takes up about 10-15 cm so I'm left with 40-45cm to work with for the canopy and pot any ideas?

In my setup i ran with a square shaped bowl with holes drilled in the bottom sitting on a saucer of the same design so i could run with it being wider than it was deep. Id suggest a similar route if you can find something to fit in there with the amount of plants you have got. Or jump on ebay for some cloth pots of whatever width will fit in your space, and then just trim them with scissors down to a desired pot height. With cloth pots you also have the benefit of them air pruning your roots.

Updates. One month from sprouting. U guys think this medusa is just a coincidence that it has topped itself naturally. And also seem to b growing staggered nodes . Has anyone seen this before?WP_20160626_10_21_57_Pro.jpg WP_20160626_10_21_35_Pro.jpg WP_20160626_10_21_41_Pro.jpg WP_20160626_10_21_13_Pro.jpg

Sorry mate i only just saw this. As far as i know it promotes a fuller root ball, by creating more "branching" through the roots sort of like topping your plant does for the branches and foliage. It also stops your roots growing in big circles around the outside causing them to fill the middle of the pot more. Stronger roots mean a stronger plant :)

Also, maybe look into knocking up some form of reflector for the lights, that way you can direct it all towards your plants instead of losing some vertically (especially coz cfl light loses intensity over quite a short distance), especially if youre thinking of flowering soon and need to keep them short.

I was maybe planning on putting 3x cxb 3590s in there running at 1800 Mah with a dimmer , probly have to dim to 50% but that should solve the problem of low light. And flower straight after putting the leds in, should have them made up by this weekend.

Look twice. Like when a woman passes you do a double take. . . And pot size is so small it wont matter. its how you train them. Solo cups can grow taller then 60 cm. So it's about your training. You could technically grow a monster. Flat. Scrogged low as F. With more intense lighting.
