My ghetto grow... revised BEWARE, PIC HEAVY

I haven't been around here for a while. Figured I'd swing by. Maybe help give some people hope. :)
I've moved to a state where growing is "legal" as long as you do this, this, this, this, and that...
My new grow is one big room, split into 2 pieces. The veg side (10' x 10') is 1/3 of the total room. The other side (10' x 18'), which is the remaining 2/3 of the room, is for flowering. Quite a bit larger than my old closet grow. I'm still choosing strains. Of the 5 I currently have flowering, I'll only continue to grow 2 strains.

Enough chit chat. Here are the pics.

Where the fun starts. These are my current mothers. Left to right. Blueberry Afghan, Khyber Kush, The Ox, and Strawberry Shark.

They Don't get a lot of light or nutes. just enough to keep them alive.

After the clones root, they go into a ghetto pre-veg tray for 2 weeks. PPM around 400. And yes, that is a car winshield washer pump on a 12 volt inverter. :)

Then they go to the veg table for 6 weeks at 1000 PPM under MH

Then they go for 2 weeks in a pre-flower table, 1200 PPM under HPS
The 5' tall girl in the background is a Lemon Skunk in waiting. Gonna be Christmas for the kids.

The flowering room. 1600 PPM under 2 1000 watt HPS. The plants closest to the camera are youngest. The ones furthest away are 3 weeks from harvest. I harvest 4 plants every week. 32 plants total in flower.

Soon to be ready buds.

Thanks guys. I like toats. They are cheaper than tables.
If anyone is curious how I flush only 4 plants out of the 32, every week for a week. It took me a little while to figure it out.

Each row of 4 plants is made of 2 toats. 2 plants in each toat. Each row is fed by a 1/2 hose with 4 1/4 drippers tapped into it. The half inch hose for each row is connected at a "T" to the main 1/2 feed hose for that side of the flowering room. The drains from each row are connected to each other, then through a "T" to the main drain line for that side of the flowering room. So... Each row can be disconnected from the main feed and drain lines, and the main drain and feed lines at that row can be capped. I have a small (3gal) res with a small (66gph) pump that I move through the room one row per week, the final week before the row is harvested.

Drain lines underneath.

Where the feed and drain lines come together to form the main feed and drain lines.

Primary res. 396 or something gph pump.

Flushing res

How the flushing res would be, except the hoses would be connected to the hoses that are connected at the main line "T", and the main line "T" would be capped.

The windshield washer pump is great. I use them in similar ways. But I have a great idea for mine I excited to try.

On a side note it could be pretty easy to automate a bunch of these to dose nutes.

All 5 of my water pumps run off of the same timer. When i counted them, i noticed I missed a grow spot.
I keep my sativa in their own setup in the closet. These are Super Lemon Haze.

The toats are Sterelite 41qt under bed storage toats. ($8.99 @ Target) I have the plants in 3.75in net pots. Not sure which containers you were referring to. I grow my plants to about 3.5ft tall. 40 to 46 inches.
The hose I got locally. I got some hose from amazon, but it was the hard plastic shit. Didn't seal well on the fittings. The stuff i got local is hydrofarm, soft silicone like stuff. $30 for 50ft.
My veg period is 10 weeks, not including clone rooting time. Then 8 to 11 weeks in flower, depending on strain. So, they are in my setup for about 4.5 months. But they move through the setup. So I dont worry about plant roots getting twisted up with one another.

Those SLH look great, but I was wondering, is it just me or are there an unusually high percentage of three bladed leaves? Is that a strain characteristic or something else? Cuz I see lots of 5-7 bladed leaves on the other plants you've posted pics of. Just wonderin', everything looks great, keep up the good work!

I didn't use a hole saw for the pots. 3.75 inch pots just happen to fit perfect in those red keg party cups. I just cut the top off of one, and traced inside the top. Cut the circle out with a box cutter. Pots i have, have a lip on them, so they set nicely. I used a 1.25 inch hole saw for the bulkhead fittings. But you could use a 5/8" bit, and just shove the hose in.

Its not just you. The clone I bought, which was the mother for those plants, was the same way. It looked as if it was cut from a flowering plant, and never fully reverted back to veg. During veg every new node that appears has 2 white hairs at the base. I'm phasing it out. There are 4 other clones of it coming after those 5. That's it. I really like the strain. I flowered the mother already. Smells like a lemon drop. But its a slow grower and gimpy. Maybe next summer when I go seed shopping in Canada I can find some seeds of it. None of the local dispensaries carry seed for that strain. Just the one has clones.

Today started off fine, until I started doing yard work. Was chopping down bushes with a machete. My dumb ass, went to grab the blade with my left hand so i could reach in my pocket with my right. I do it all the time. I just usually grab the backside of the blade. Ooopsed it this time. First pic is right after I rinsed all the blood off to inspect the damage. Second pic is "Krazy Glue can fix anything"

After repairing my thumb, i went to check on my girls. Found a new friend. Don't know how long it will survive. I've never seen a spider mite in person, but I have plenty of different spiders around. Mainly wolf spiders. I wished it luck, let it do its thing.

Just finished cutting 2 plants. Lemon skunk and blueberry afghan X the ox. Fucking house reaks.
I pruned the Blueberry Ox the day I put it into flower. Mistake, I rushed it through veg a little, because I wanted to try it. I guess it didn't like the stress of being cut rite when the light phase changed. The Blueberry Ox clones after this one, I did last pruning 1 week before flowering. They are twice as tall.

Need to set up another filter in my drying room to scrub the stank out.
I have an 8" exhaust with a carbon filter in the flower room.
