So this is my first setup and grow let me know what you think.

Currently doing 2 patients and myself, but plan on doing more, currently none are flowering, but will start flowering next week.

There is about 10 different strains.

Let me know what you think, I'm currently waiting to add duct/fan and 3 more 1000 watt hps lights the white ones to the setup within the next two weeks.

What is something easy/cheap that I can use to divde the rooms up since I'm currently on 18/6 and I will be going to 12/12 so I need to make sure no light gets in, I was thinking of creating a frame then screw a trap to it(black), unless someone has any ideas? The room is large 7 feet high and 11 x 14 wide

Sounds good to me, use duct tape to tape around the edges, top and bottom to avoid light leak. Be the cheepest way to go. Got some nice looking plants there.

The cheapest/easiest way to divide the room would be to use 6 mil plastic sheeting.

I was wondering the same thing for my room. I'm thinking of buying a small roll of either 4+ mil or 6 +mil Mylar which has the mylar on both sides and use a floor to ceiling zipper ($12) to get in'n out and tape the edges to walls, ceiling and floor....My only concern is more ducting to keep the far end vented. dividing up the room will make at least one side way hotter...I suppose using cool tubes or any inline fan system would work fine but so far I haven't needed to turn my inline fan on and I can still keep it under 85 deg.
Bright white on one side is good too http://tinyurl.com/7grktqy

Yeah I am going to have problems sealing it but not sealing it completely to cut out a/c and such, but I will be moving things around alot and yes I know I'm using a lot for vegging, I'm using 2 x 400 watt mh and 1000 watt mh and 4 fluc which is over about 34 plants total, I will be switching bulbs to my hps and start flowering within the week, I'm thinking when it hits 18", I'm curious even a little tiny bit of light can affect things because I may just use another room I have to flower in instead of bothering with all the extra stuff.

I have each plant in two buckets, bottom one has drill holes in it, to prevent over watering/scag root

yup it does involve some work y dont you just stud wall with poly tacked on split room to size you need then cupple of vents for air passage ? rugs will bring bugs mate no two ways about it either dump it or cover it with floor secure. y not have a 2x4 frame with the plastic roof type stuff on then sitt ya pots on it and water will run down into a low tank save picking 36 pots up? we all try to make it as easy as poss . b4 i go your gonna burn the lecky 2 400s and a 1000 veg? the 1000 would easy do 36.good luck

Good tips I'm going to do something, I currently moved my 1000 watt out of my main room and into another room itself, with 12 plants, I will start flowering them this week or next, they are around 16-18 inchs and some 12inchs I won't flower until at least 18 though. I am going to create something like you said with the buckets it's saving on buckets.

maybe u could link all buckets together with tubing to drain in a central location
