My first real grow

Hey everyone, I just joined RIU last night while I was bored and blazed of my mind, found the site by accident, found out it a quite helpfull site.
But anywayz, I did a few shitty grows before, but didn't really have luck with them, budz wasn't that great and I didn't have a HPS light. But now I have 2x 250 HPS beamin on my 5 gurlz. I have 4 Green House Seeds Strains (STRAWBEERY HAZE, ARJANS HAZE 1, NEVILLES HAZE & HAWAIIAN SNOW) and a UNKNOWN strain that a friend gave me, good thing about the strain is that the budz where the seed was found was PURPLE, one seed in 5oz of purple budz, that's lucky to me, so he let me have the seed, I grew it and now it's flowering. All my gurlz were all grown from seed.
The Green House strains are in 9L pots, the soil is 50% ReadyGro (Aeration Formula) and 50% FoxFarm Ocean Forest. They are in their second week in 12/12.
The UNKNOWN PURPLE is in a 19L pot, the soil is 70% FoxFarm Ocean Forest and 30% Coco Coir Planting Mix. She is at her 6th week in 12/12.
Any comments, questions, advices are welcome, I need them, not tryin' to fuck this grow up.
Peace n' stay Blazzzzed everyone

Hey Pupu, thanks for stoppin' by.
My gurlz were vegged for 5 weeks (6 if you count seedling stage), under 2x 54watt 6500k 4 foot Sprectralux High Output T5 Fluorescent Lamps, they were gettin big and tall so had to rush them to the 2x 250 HPS for more light.

Peace n' stay blazin n' growin

I saw a lot of the details that i was looking for in your original post. LOL. I was sobber..

It looks like is a good time to remove some lower branches ..like first two nodes. It will slow a little bit the vertical grow and the fruit is gona be bigger ;)

How tall they are now?

Keep it green!

STRAWBEERY HAZE is 30 inches,
ARJANS HAZE #1 is 33 inches,
NEVILLES HAZE is 29 inches,
HAWAIIAN SNOW is 33 inches,
UNKNOWN PURPLE is 34 inches (she is topped),

I don't have to much experience with growing, but I've read a lot and I'm still reading. Definitely not late, actualy best time . In the youtube videos of GreenHouse they are cutting the lower branches (and so taking clones) after a week in 12/12.

Hey everyone, just a little update on what I'm feeding my gurlz. I also have a question, should I water my gurlz right when the lights go on, or before they go off ?? I work so don't have time durring the day, I see them right when the lights go on for like 30min, then leave to work, when I come back from work I have about another 30min before the lights go off. What is the best time, should I change the time on the timer so I can see them for more time ?

Now, the Green House strains are 10 days in 12/12, so I fed them:
*ADVANCED NUTRIENTS
20ml Sensi Bloom A & B
10ml Mother Earth Tea (Bloom)
11ml Carbload (Liquid)
2.5grm Big Bud (Powder)
2 drops of SUPERthrive
=PPM: 1180
=PH: 6.3
Mix is made for 3 galS of water.

And for the UNKNOWN PURPLE,now in week 7, she got fed:
*ADVANCED NUTRIENTS
15ml Mother Earth Tea (Bloom)
45ml B-52
15ml Carbload (Liquid)
4.54grm Big Bud (Powder)
*BOTANICARE
35ml Pure Blend PRO Bloom
30ml Sweet
*FOX FARM
7.5grm Bestie Bloomz
=PPM: 1565
=PH: 6.0
Mix is made for 4 galS of water.

Am I tryin to get too fancy with all these different stuff I'm using or am I doing OK ? Should I just stick with a two part nutrients, I want to go all Organic on the Green House strains startin next week, want to have a nice clean smoke when harvest. Is it gonna be hard on them? Any suggestions on a good Organic nutrient? Sorry for all the questions, I'm still learning about this nutrient feeding thing, but don't want to kill or harm them gurlz in any way.
They are sleepin right now, will take pics in tomorrow and post them so yall can see how they are doing.

Thanks for the help
Peace n' stay blazzin

Got my new SunHut XL 4x4 tent ready to go, man I tell ya, gettin really high before setting one of these isn't a good idea, But it's up and ready to go, with lights and carbon filter installed. In the morning when it's time for my gurlz to wake up, i'm transfer them from the shity closet to their new shinny home, where they gonna chill until they are ready to make a few people happy. LOL

Looks like it could be heat stress, what's your temps like?

Also, try to think of anything that might have changed during the move, pH, ppm, etc.

Anytime there's a change in your plants look at whatever you might have done differently in the last few days.

UPDATE
Did a some homework on wut the problem could be, found out it was the PH that was low and nutriend level was high in the soil. So I did a good flush until the PH and PPM was more stable. So the last reading from the flush are as follow:
Strawberry Haze: PH 6.3, PPM 700
Nevilles Haze: PH 6.3, PPM 730
Hawaiian Snow: PH 6.4, PPM 1080
Arjan's Haze #1: PH 6.4, PPM 1130

They all kinda showed the same problem, so I flush all four gurlz, now just gotta wait and see how they do.
After they drained most of the water, I fed them each 175ml of water with 16ml (per 175ml of water) of GUARDIAN MY (Botanicare), dude at the hydro shop told me it would help after the flush. Anyone ever used this product ???
Now I should wait until the soil dries out and water with nutrients or just water ?
Also, I need to transplant them into bigger pots, when is the best time to make this happen ??
Lights are raised 7"-12" from the gurlz tops.
Temperatures are around 74 degrees when lights are OFF, around 83 degrees when lights are ON. Humidity is between 43% and 56% most of the time.

Well, attached is a picture of each gurl, a few bud shots from the UNKNOWN PURPLE, smell is sooo GOOD, and a pic of my tent with all the gurlz in it.

Peace n' stay BlaZZin'

As we've communicated elsewhere, I think you diagnosed and corrected your problem. Reading back thru your journal all I can say is ... wow, that's a lot of stuff you're adding, and it gels up with your falling pH, high PPM, and drooping leaves. And most Haze's have very strong sativa genes -- sativas are typically less nutrient demanding, and like lower PPMS than indicas. Your Purple looks like an indica-dominant, BTW..

It sounds like you now have your pH and PPM back to where they should be for your plants' stage. I'm really not an expert on all these additives and nutes, but I do think there's a lot of "voodoo" that gets sold to growers (and super-experienced growers will back me up on this). It sounds like you're in a good soil mix -- there shouldn't be any significant additional "needs" in there, if any. I'd be willing to wager that you can ride right to the end with nothing but water from here. A little calcium carbonate mixed into your top inch of soil would be the ONLY thing I would do -- all this will do is help keep your pH where it is at now by picking up soil acids that are a natural product of the degradation of wood material (which commercial potting soils are LOADED with -- that's why they can drop pH so easily).

If it were me, I'd stick to plain water at least for a couple of weeks and just watch the response. They certainly aren't going to fade or crop up a deficiency in that short of time, and keeping it super-simple will allow you to see clearly if your plants are back on a good path. Adding stuff back in at this point complicates the picture -- if your problems do persist, you won't be able to figure out what is causing what.

A lot of pro's don't add anything unless they actually see a deficiency forming...

I've spent a lot of time looking at people's plant troubles here and on ICMAG. A consistent theme is that people are overdoing things -- too much of everything. MJ is a WEED.. which means its a plant that grows in tough places under tough conditions. And Haze's have more of this "tough mofo" in them than inbred indica hybrids. MJ doesn't necessarily like all the babysitting we are so fond of. I learned this the hard way, and we all seem to have to go thru it personally.

All in all, your plants look GREAT. If your containers are 9L.. that's over 2 gallons.. you shouldn't even need to transplant. They should recover very nicely. Peace...
