My first grow, do I have a problem?

I'm growing a single plant from bagseed. I had a seemingly long veg period. I planted about 98 days ago and switched to 12/12 31 days ago. It seemed to be going slow but fine but I feel growth has slowed since the stretch and I'm a little worried about the health of the plant. I'm growing in coco under 1 23watt 2700, 1 42watt 2700 and 7 40watt daylight cfls. I'm feeding with general hydroponics nutrients and just fed with 3ml Cal Mag, 2.5ml Grow, 7ml Micro and 18ml of Bloom for week 5 of 12/12.
I had some ph issues in veg which I fixed and it seemed to recover fine but since then my ph pen has broken and I'm using a liquid and vial method to test ph. My water going in is around 5.8 to 6 and atm seems to be 5.5ish coming out.
These are my concerns. I feel like the buds are not as big as they should be at this stage and that maybe growth has been somewhat stunted. I've got pistils changing color and I didn't think that was supposed to have started yet. New growth has thin leaves and some look droopy while others seem ok. Here are some pictures.
The last 2 labeled after and before are the same cola from today and 8 days ago.

Any insight or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hows your air circulation around the canopy? Temps ok? The droop my be heat stress, just thinking out loud.. that one pic with the blue lighter, all of those leaves in the bud should be standing at attention

Looks like its about two weeks into flowering. It seems to be doing ok
I've been following a general hydroponics feeding chart for coco and basing the nutrient schedule off of when I switched to 12/12. I believe I'm feeding correctly according to the chart but does the flowering timeline not start when you switch to 12/12?

I have a couple of fans blowing on it and leave the door open to my room. The air circulation should be good but that was a concern of mine to. It seems 1/3 or so of the tops of the colas seem a little droopy. I can't figure what would be the issue, it's not temperature or air circulation to my knowledge. I feed every other day and water every other day.

Well I count from when I see pistils. Usually 10 - 12 days from switching 12-12

With coco I give small feeds several times a day. It has been working for me. What are your Temps with lights on?

They look pretty green but that droop is either over or under watering. It could also be from them being in too small a container which forces you to over or even under water. They appear normal for bud development at week 3 or 4; I count day 1 the first day you see pistols or about a week after starting 12/12

I have them in a 3 gallon pot and worried that she may be outgrowing her container but I'm so close to the end I really hope it'll be ok. Is there anything I can do other than transplanting? I usually give her 2 to 3 quarts on watering and feeding once daily.

I run my Temps at 79. Your rh is high for flowering. I would try and get it down to around 40%. Hopefully some one else will chime in.

Just transplant to a larger pot & I bet your droop issue go away. Next time pot up a week or 2 before the flip to avoid issues mid bloom. You've got longer than you think left to go; maybe like 6 weeks

I'll do that tomorrow, need to go get some perlite after work and borrow a drill for a 5 gallon bucket I have. The 5 gallon bucket isn't any wider at all but just deeper so hopefully that will do. Thank you very much!

Your 2nd & 4th pic look like a nitrogen toxicity.
If you can replace the daylight cfl's with ones with a lower kelvin rating would be helpful.

I'm stuck with the lights I have for the rest of the grow. Do you think I should readjust my nutrients? I am on the 5th week of 12/12 and am going off this schedule.

WEEKLY FEEDING SCHEDULE:
Week 1 (rooted clones or 3 leaf-sets on seedlings) : 2.5 ml EACH-Flora Grow, Micro & Bloom
Week 2: 5ml Grow + 2.5ml Micro + 2.5ml Flora Bloom

Week 3: 10ml Grow + 5ml Micro + 3ml Bloom
Week 4 until 12/12 : 12ml Grow + 6ml Micro + 3ml Bloom
Week 1 of 12/12 : 6ml Grow + 6mil Micro+10ml Bloom
Week 2 of 12/12: 3ml Grow + 7ml Miccro + 12ml Bloom
Week 3: 3ml Grow + 8ml Micro + 14ml Bloom
Week 4: 3ml Grow + 8ml Micro + 16ml Bloom
Week 5: 2..5 Grow + 7ml Micro + 18ml Bloom
Week 6: NO GROW + 6ml Micro + 20ml Bloom USE UNTIL FLUSH!
Flush 10-14 days before harvesting

Its hard to say they only have a couple branches that look that way most of it looks fine. I used to use GH but never used grow the micro had enough nitrogen in it 5-0-1 n/p/k if remember correctly. I'll post link with a decent description of it and you can see if you agree or not. Whatever you decide don't anything to drastic its looks to be a very minor problem especially for a fist grow.

Ok, I've transplanted to a 5 gallon bucket and dropped the humidity down to between 40 and 50%. KryptoBud, I believe you may have been on to something about the nitrogen toxicity. The link you gave me shows how the fan leaves can curl down at a 90 degree angle or "claw" and it appears that is happening on some leaves. I was putting in 2.5 ml of grow and 8 ml of micro and 18 ml of bloom, last feeding I cut out the grow and did 5 ml of micro. I'm about to feed again and I think I'll cut out everything except the bloom. I really hope this gets better soon. I fear my buds may never fatten up to their full potential. Thank you everyone for your help.
