My First Closet Grow

This is my first grow. It is a very simple set up with very low expectations. I am at day 4 now. I Germinated in a paper towel it germed within 24 hrs. I put it in some cheap old soil in a plastic cup with holes for drainage under one cfl light that is right over the sproutand a heater to keep temps between 70-80F in the room. I was using 10-15-10 nutes til today when i was told it wasnt a good idea.Any help would be greatly appreciated

ok i need major help i had a security breach and my plant was out of light for a few hours and then with light but extreme heat for even longer. I have a new grow room set up. I transplanted my plant into a bigger pot and now of 3 daylight cfls on it . How bad do u think the damage is and will my baby live. Help is desparetly needed plz
