My Boveda recommendation

Hi, I have a glowing report on boveda humidipak to inform you of.

Basically my story so far, been growing personal amounts for about 4 years. Usually when it came to harvest, I dried and cured like an amateur. Too lazy to pick up a hygrometer, so my method was basically, dry until the bud feels crisp on the outside (usually about 4-5 days) , then into glass jars where things got hella tricky. After about 6 hours the buds woul dbe wet again and it would require lots of taking the buds out, burping several times a day, one time I got mold, other times I never got the perfect moisture level at all, too dry or too wet.. sometimes I got it right.. hit or miss basicaly.

Then I heard about boveda.. bought a pack of the 8 grams packs and have put them to use for the first time. Let me say this.. WOW. I dried my usual 4 days , stuck my bud in glass , with 2 8 gram packs per jar as there was 40 g in each jar. Not once, has my bud been wet. I have burped a few times just incase but each time even from day 1 in glass, the bud has retained a nice dry feeling , it has kept it's smell pefectly, it burns perfectly, and after 2 weeks in glass this bud is just curing up a treat, smell it getting stronger every few days and it just looks and feels and smokes like professional bud.

Give them a shot, for the price there are mega worth it, and going by this experience are a fool proof way to cure your bud perfectly without all the burping b.s and mold worry.

Interesting and relatively inexpensive. Checked out their tech info and it doesn't seem like anything harmful, sounds like they're worth a try. I love growing but curing (although I'm religious about it and think it's a must-do) is a pain in the butt...

ive been using them for about a yr now and LOVE them. however, I only put the packs in my mason jars after im done burping and my r/h is stable at 55-59% for 3 days.

I use them as soon as they go into jars. I still burp them daily for about 20 minutes. Works very well for me. Especially my last harvest in which the temps were too high while they were hanging to dry. (In a tent in the garage, went through a few hot days and dried out too much) The Boveda.packs really helped bring some of that moisture back

I used to burp them also but I've learned that it isn't needed if you jar them close to the right time. Also if you burp them without removing and storing the BP in an airtight container the BP will degrade a lot faster.
