Nope, good info is never too long. Excellent post and some fantastic looking bud. If that color natural, or does temperature play a part? You should sell posters of that bud, I would rip the Farrah Fawcett one off my ceiling, and replace it with one of yours, and get a sock out and get to it.
Color is natural with his strains but they do have phenos which have natural green colors with same potency. They're all sexy plants though I agree. You can buy his seeds at autoflower-portal.

I would like to see the auto that "blow photoperiod strains out of the water". The best auto I have smoked was almost as good as most photos, not as good and that was the BEST auto I have ever grown/smoked.
I certainly wouldn't say they aren't worth their water, but I would say I wouldnt waste my soil on an auto, I would plant a photo in that soil instead.
Im sorry I need to clarify I didn't mean to say there are autos that blow away ANY photo I meant that some autos are just as good or better than some photos. My fault.

I don't disagree with you though, but there are definitely some autos worth the time for some people. Those that say auto flowers I'm general are a joke are severely misinformed.

I couldn't give the stuff away.. People would ask before they hit the blunt if it was that "auto crap" and the cpl batches of brownies I made tasted odd and had a different high (but I suppose some people may actually prefer it.. much, much, much more mellow)

Autos are a waste of time, don't save on electricity, aren't any "easier" and are in fact easier to mess up imo. I know there are times where autos make sense, but the vast majority of people would prefer a bud from a photo ran 12/12 from seed than an auto ran 70 days.
Sorry you had a bad experience. This shouldn't be a blanket statement of all autos though, you are misinformed. A better strain, grown properly and these "people hitting the blunt" wouldn't know the difference.

You are correct though, as a SOG grower I prefer running 12/12 as it saves money and I can use my own cuttings instead of throwing down on seeds,

You can't take clones from an auto? Thats a deal breaker for me right there. If I find a gem I want to keep it around for a while and grow from clone.

I would imagine auto phenotypes are all over the map like photos are. So if you find a good plant the likelihood of finding the same plant from seed again is slim to none.

You can clone them but it's nearly pointless. The process of cutting itself will stunt the growth since the veg time is fixed and the cutting will flower at the same rate the plant is aged.

True about phenos, though some strains in general are just better. As I noted Dragon Master seeds and Sweet Seeds are the two best in my opinion. There are other good ones though if you look through the Autoflower forums here and elsewhere. Autoflower.net is the best community though, some of those people know how to grow autos on there to their fullest and it is also where Stone resides (other than his autoflower-portal.net).

Deal breaker for sure though, personal use I'd grow autos again but as I'm shifting to commercial cultivation for my work I'd only go photo strictly for cloning purposes.

First starting out I would order a bunch of singles so I could figure out what flavors there were and which ones to pursue. I had never experienced a real OG, diesel, grape etc. Maybe that would not apply to people who have access to dispensaries but a good approach for those of us who have only ever had commercial kind.

Once you zero in on the flavors that interest you, then you can run a pack or two of that variety to try and find a standout with that flavor. The best thing you could have if a handful of those unique flavors that you can rotate and mix.

The first OG I came across that has the cologne was Reserva Privada OG18 and I was impressed how that flavor stayed in the jar for months. Since then I have run dozens of OGs and the best I have come across was Rare Dankness Lee Roy OG. The chem was Divine Genetics GSC X Chem D fem. The best sour D was TH Seeds Sage n Sour fem. Cali Connection Alien OG fems were very good, a hashy skunk frosty bunch. Reserva Privada Sour Kush was very good as well as Skywalker OG.

Lots of other very unique flavors to search out. Just came across some amazingly citrus Sin City - Tangerine Power. From a 6 pack of fems, 4 citrusy/dunkin donuts smelling ladies and 2 had low smell but plenty of frosting. 5 of 6 were very frosty. 3 had amazing flavor with 2 that really standout, 2 of which yielded decent also.
great post supra, and something i hadn't really taken into account when i asked about ordering singles..
i have a pretty good idea of the flavors i do like, so i pretty much know what i like when i'm ordering beans, and am usually pretty right on what i have grown, maybe one or two plants that i wasn't all that crazy about..
but saying that, if you're new to growing, or never really bought weed and knew what you were buying in order to know if you like that strain or not, buying singles is a good option to find out what you do and don't like..

I am a big fan of Sweet Seeds. You get what they describe in my experiences.

Yeah very honest guys. Spain has a fantastic cannabis scene growing. Partial to Dinafem as well, fellow Spanish breeders.

Aside from their autos Green Poison is a staple in many a grow rooms. Such a great, complete strain.

So purple afgahn, sour kosher and cataract have all poked out, cataract isn't out far enough yet but the other two I put in soil, wanted to do hydro but no rockwool cubes or places to buy them locally and my other option fell through today so soil it is, grow journal to come soon

Ok.. so perhaps a handful out of many aren't absolute garbage.. Not worth defending.. The overwhelming majority of auto strains are simply subpar.. Sure it is a blanket statement, but that doesn't make it untrue.. And I forgot people on this site look down on blunts, but yes most of the people who were "hitting the blunt" could tell it was a garbage ass auto the second they inhaled..

How about this.. Since you are so happy with them I promise I will never order any so you can have them all.. :bigjoint:

They're not for everyone and I myself don't even use them anymore as I'm entering commercial grows/breeding. But they can be suitable for some, matter of opinion though and I respect yours. Definitely is a lot of shit genetics out there but that goes for photos too.

Look forward to it I am interested in the Sour Kosher and Cataract. Have a regular pack of Kosher on the way.

i agree with the whole spanish breeder comment. here are pics kannabia special auto and thai fantasy auto.
i would say these may have been closer to a semiauto tho. planted june 1 outdoor finished around sept 15. i planted a few dinafem auto at the same time as the kannabia seeds the dinefem finish aug 15. i live at high latitude so they can serve a purpose.
all were decent smoke. the thai fantasy made it to just shy of 6 foot.
both thai fantasy auto.
