You got a nice set up OP, and you seem to be on your shit but I'm afraid I'm one of the skeptical watchers.

If you pull over 10 ounces a piece off the plants you shown earlier then my hats off to you! Not that it can't or hasn't happen before in the cannabis growing world but the pictures in your 1st post combined with the fact that you're growing those strains for the 1st time leads me to be skeptical of your set goals.

But at the end of the day I want to see people succeed at their endeavors, so here's a big good luck and hope you get to your mark.

It doesn't matter if your uncles sister can pull 3 lbs off a plant or you pulled 2 off of one smaller etc.

This is a simple math problem, I think a lot of people aren't getting that.

If you've grown for a while, and watched other growers you know whats reasonable to expect.

OP claims up to 12lbs every 40 days. Lets simplify this. (I rounded numbers to simplify)

Lets assume all his random strains avg 9 week harvest so 63 days.

Lets extrapolate the weight. 12lbs @ 40 days = 19lbs every 63 days or full harvest

OP claims a total of 4475 watts.

19 lbs is 8626 gr.

giving a grand total of 1.93 GPW

still believe this guy?

I have done it in a smaller scale, i know it will be a new challenge wit hthis new strains but thats what i like, to be chalenged. keeps me busy thinking in ways to improve myself to be a better grower. And of course I will run into problems who knows! thats where u guys come in for the help =). I didnt make the video to brag about how much with how many u know, but rather give you my journal AND if shit starts to get bad thats where i will ask for help just like any of you guys..

Thanks for watching =)

We are hoping he does well. And we are seeing gavitas in action. Some of us don't have them yet.

Do you think it's the gavita reflectors n ballasts that are so special or just that their double ended bulbs? I'm running magnums and am planning to configure them to run double ended bulbs instead of buying new reflectors and ballasts and trying to sell the magnums on craigslist

After watching the following video I decided to go with the Gavitas hands down:

Jugz, Nice video I'm not down playing the gavita but that video was just a 1000 watt digi which still gives out plenty light. I am taking the socket out of the magnums and replacing it with a socket that'll run de bulbs. The socket goes for 75 and going with ushio double ended bulbs. I don't think hortis came out with em.
