Mr Grow Pro users... How is the Carbon Filter and airflow?

Hey guys,

I really have no other choice but to do a PC grow for many reasons. I'm not good at all at DIY and so I was thinking of ordering the Mr. Grow Pro pre-built PC Case. What I am mostly worried about it how good the filter is in that case.

When in flower did it do a good job keeping the smell away? How was the airflow for getting rid of some of the heat.

I ordered one, herd great things about it. I know for a fact that it wont completely contain the smell, so I recommend Onar block. Don't put it inside the case, put it on the outside.

I've had one for almost a year. On its third grow now. Still haven't changed it. Works gas expected. Any plant is going to smell some. How much is depending on the strain. So far northern lights was the worst for me. I've also done a bubbleicious and AK48, the smell less strong on those. I have mine running in a closet with weather striping around the door to make a nice seal. You can't smell it in the house at all expect towards the end of flower and only a little bit that one room, easily masked by smelly goods. I also have another cabinet in there as well which I built myself. But to say it's eliminates smell isn't the case.

I will also say this. If I knew what I know now a year ago, I probably wouldn't buy the MRGROWPRO. Don't get me wrong, I like it, and I think it does a decent job. I just really like my DIY cabinet that I built much much better and it was half the cost, plus it's bigger. I am no handy man type of person whatsoever, and this was incredible easy to build. Thanks. I think I may build one myself, just not sure where I can find a cabinet like that. Not in a city or anything so stores are limited.

Yea, might try online I suppose. I live in a decent size city and we have a cabinet outlet that's has great prices. I got lucky. Try craigslist too.
