One fertilizer split into two fertilizers. Gotta read the post above this to know what the heck im doing.

Nitrogen rich bone meal tea on a stir plate.1470616982316-2107115799.jpg Goes to plants in veg.

The steamed bones mixed with citric acid to bring down ph to 2-3 and BIMs left to ferment for the week. After the week fermentation, i filterout the bones, compost them, an use the liquid as a water soluble calcium phosphate.1470617818346-1675356628.jpg Goes to planta in flower.

Charring bones and mixing into vinegar works just as well.

Filtered an FPE of :
2 avocados, 3 grapefruit, 2 Clementines pureed and mixed with a quart of kombucha, 4T EMe and 4T molasses

Fermented for a month. Smells very strongly acidic. pH'd @ 2-3

Sterilized the pail and put the liquids back in. 20160809_230100.jpg

2/3c fermented citrus extract
1c EMe
2/3c molasses
2/3c bone extract
10gal water
virtex brewed overnight and watering in the AM under Red lighting for a lower intensity

these drank a little less than 5 gallons. the tea/pepper garden drank the rest.

some burnt tip, some spots, could be from the fan being too fast and too often. fan was moved to the furthest corner and put on medium speed.

im still noticing spider mite damage. i imagine that theyre coming from my soil. im switching from neem to cedar oil. i gave the leave a good vacuuming using the lint removal attachment on my vacuum cleaner.

i think cedar oil only drives them away but if they leave the grow room, they can die elsewhere. ill just have to clean the facility the grow room is located in. steady maintenance and treatments i guess.

im using a product called Cedarcide that is used to repell ticks, lice, mites, and other problem pest while somehow increasing soil microbial activity. probably does this when the removal of pathogen carrying insects happens. ill have to do some research to clarify this aspect.

has anyone used cedarcide indoors? iv used it in my outdoor garden for a few months to repell chiggers but that's pretty much it.

I put 1T cedarcide in 4 cups of chlorinated water and placed the container on a stirplate near the fan. it is on the opposite side as the carbon filter. im making an assumption that the smell will repel mites during the day. ill spray this spinning solution after lights out.

i went ahead and turned the inline off and sprayed the entire room pots, and soil line. as well as the outside of the room and the main infrastructure, the bottles of fermented extracts the veg box inside and out, and lastly the vortex brewer.

ill hunt for ladybugs tonight using a blacklight.

actually to 11/13, quick change, no harm. not thinking

too bright for this camera. it makes the sensitivity oscillate light to dark by trying to auto adjust.

well anyway this strain remains pretty lanky and stretches for weeks and weeks but gets a beefy main stem by the finish. ill be glad not to have so much side bud like last time. not very standardized here since i was trying a few different shapes with one strain

i added another 210ish watts of full spectrum blurple chips. im actually holding back on the Jupiter OG's i cloned from this group of mothers. which are actually all from one seed i flowered outdoors winter through spring. anyways, i was noticing that i could get the 187w magnum panel within a few inches from the tops. well, that doesn't cover much surface area obviously since light would/should spit out at angles. since this doesnt have very long of a flowering time i figured it was ok to go ahead borrow the vegging's light until these are flowered out and the room is open for them to spread their arms out.

Im sampling a winter ale i brewed but its really late at night so im just posting this to be doing something other than drinking a beer and staring at paintings.
