Big black rocks, rain barrels painted black filled with water... Anything black that can soak up the sun and hold some heat if you can't run a heater in there at night. Keep the plants on or near the objects at night and it'll at least help heat them up and hold a bit of heat in the house overnight.
Styrofoam on the ground if you can. Anything to keep the cold out and the heat in.

Add the wet feet and it might do more than stunt them. Peppers hate wet feet when its not cold

If you have a firepit throw some melon sized rocks, about as big as you can lift with a shovel, in it. They hold heat and release for a good time with no flames. Assuming dirt floor

Well I went out and set their pots on a shelf.

They are just going to have to suffer through the night. It's supposed to actually get too warm tomorrow and just about right from there on out.

I had them setting in pans of water to make it easier watering but they was just too wet.

Got some babies in my Tent I watered Saturday and looks like I can wait on watering.
