I was reading online that awhile back west Virginia shot down a bill to legalize medical marjuana, but there is a new bill 114 to completely legalize it anyone can possess up to 2 ounces and grow it, legislation passed it to the dept of health and humane services for finance, but it looks promising, so all you West Virginia Mountaineers get out there and support your bill 114 for leaglization.
