looks like a job for multnoma coma or the narcotic u.w. . the noma is just straight down lathargic stuff. u.w. is more of a happy give a fuck after work fuzzy relaxing zony stone. Thats my pick for lip numbing goodness !

never heard of it. can you please elaborate?

ok googled it and found this:

"This strain is a Portland area creation. Multnomah county is one of the counties in the Metro area. I have smoked this strain. It was alright... I would not consider it special or even worth using in breeding. I can get the clone but not interested because it is far from an "Elite" cutting. There are tons of Indica's that exhibit the same profile"

Most real kushes given the time are pretty couchlock also a decent northern lights can be too and black domina herijuana etc them too I would say

Interesting. I live in Multnomah county but have never heard of this Multnomah Coma.

"This Northwest classic strain was grown in Portland at Forever Dank Farms."
