Moroccan hash

Does anyone have detailed instructions on how to create Moroccoan style hash? Specifically I'm interested in kif separation. What do they put over the bowls, how do they prepare the bud? I know there's a silk screen followed by dried bud. What's wrapped around that? Just cloth, and what kind? For how long and what method is used to separate?

Iv got some Ketama seeds I want to try again, suppose to be a Moroccan landrace.. to hash it I'll prolly just dry ice sift it then press

There is no real landrace genetics in Morocco, Hashish production started in the 60's.
Stretch your sieving material over a big metal bowl, take a handful of trims/buds and have it "trampoline" over the whole surface without really touching the trims.
Process all your trims that way, collect the resin in the bowl, this is the first quality.
Start again with the same trims/buds, break the buds this time and apply a little more pressure while you work.
Process all your trims/buds that way and collect the resin, this is the second quality.
Do the whole operation a third and fourth time applying more pressure and force every time.
Do not mix the sieved resin.

To make kief I always just put shake in my 160u and collect B grade in 73u and catch A grade in 25u
