im not offended this has amused me lol i only underlined and capped certain parts of my post to help outline what i meant because you obviously werent getting it lol

when i was refering to the lipids i meant that (just assuming everyone was familiar) that closed column extractions extract a significantly more lipids due to the prolonged exposure...shoulda been more clear

either way happy blasting ppl thats enough internets for one day lmao

To clear the air, i am aware that second runs don't bring that much yield lol. I just wanted to know if I could blast onto a previous run to accumulate bho in the dish when i get to scraping.

but Steele_GreenMan, you used one and a half cans on a qp of shake/trim?!?? what was your yield from that??

you can do whatever you want it is your stuff.
The original way you worded the posted sounded like you where trying to come up with trick/method to getting more out of the material you are running.

If you ware going to blast a tube then another tube, do them right after each other while the dish is in the bath, I would not blast put the dish away for a day or 2 and blast again, I have had oil do weird stuff when doing that

sorry I should have phrased my question better. But ok. I think the best answer to my own question is to upgrade my equipment to the cc system GreenMan posted. Thanks for the reply tho

I think ur one pic there holding your extraction tube ready to go.... just taught me more about how to use glass extraction tubes than hours of scanning search results on RIU ever could...

Ill be getting a small glass tube within the next week, and prolly get one of them sexy closed extractors in about 3-4months (ya know... a harvest or so away)

Til recently was still using my honeybee.... held up forever, lol.

no I'm quite happy with my tools i just think it's my starting material that's giving me my results. I'm about to buy some much better quality stuff though and once I get a closed column system.

Starting material is on top of the list of importance, and I like the quote not really trying to take shots at you.

I like freezing my tubes and if I have to do multiple runs with one tube I would go nuts I have 10 tubes and I just ordered for more they are sitting at the shop I just need to quit being lazy and get them.

can you pack the column and freeze it or do they make any with dry ice sleeves? @Steele_GreenMan

that is a tube getting ready for the 12 to 24 hours in the dry ice freezer.

all good my man. and i hear you loud and clear on having too many tubes. that's why I'm really looking into buying that closed column setup to up my quality and to save time. and butane :)
