More Light = Faster Grow?

I've got one plant under 3 Cfls now. If I make that 4 will the plant grow faster?

That depends on the wattage of your cfl's. Unless they are big, 150w or 250w types, 3 cfls will mean light is your limiting factor. So, unless the extra light is likely to cause heat stress, it probably get your plant to grow faster. This will only go so far before some other factor e.g. CO2 becomes limiting. Hope this helps.

More light = more growth

But you should think about adding more than just cfl's, they aren't very powerful.
