Monster Cropping Increasing Yield

Has anyone done a side by side with clones taken during veg & also some from flowering with pics & weights? I'd like to see some proof that says one way or the other which method produces better. I was given two (2) Trainwreck Clones that were cloned from a Flowering Plant. I vegged them for 4-6 weeks before switching from 18/6 to 12/12 three (3) weeks ago. I took two (2) clones right before switching to 12/12. I also have two (2) Northern Lights Females that were started from seeds that I took two (2) clones from at the same time as the Trainwreck Clones. All four clones are still alive with one of each strain doing exceptionally well compared to the other 2 which are about 1/3 of the size. I'm taking clones today from the flowering plants & will be attempting to see which produces better & easier. This is my very first grow, well second if you count my overwatering & fertilizing, of two (2) Northern Light plants started from seed. I'd also like to know if clones taken during flowering can then be cloned, after vegging of course, during that plants veg cycle will have the same effects? If someone can tell me how to post pics I can post them later.

i got 2 strains mixed up my last cycle and had to take 2 clones of each of the 4 plants in week 2 of flower this round. those were labeled per the plant it was taken from (i.e.: pc1, pc2, lb1, lb2). now i have the 8 clones cut from the flowering plant going in my veg tent after the initial 2 weeks post cutting in my aero bubbler to get them to root. they are rooted and now in solo cups in FFOF soil. 3 weeks later they are about 1.5' tall (+/-2" or so) and look like short bus riding plants with their 1 fingered leaves. now my flower room is showing their strain characteristics im able to properly label the plant strain again for my 3rd cycle. all 8 of 8 cuttings have rooted and are growing. i normaly have a 99.99% cutting/clone success rate each and every time.

now heres my question. im 3 weeks from flipping my 2nd cycle, should i totally veg out these flower/clones and flip in 9 weeks when my 2nd cycle is over? or should i veg out the current flower/clones, pull clones off those flower/clones, trash them and veg out the clones of the flower/clones for a better yield and or result? will the clones pulled from a flowered clone be like the original strain, or have the flower/reveg characteristics.

hope this makes sense

In order to save a strain, I took a cutting from a Sour D at 2 1/2 weeks. Just starting to show flowering. It was a very low branch about 4" in length. Planning on reveging the next plant harvested. But that's at least a week and a half out. So I did this in hopes to begin the rotation sooner. I'll post with a follow-up. My state only allows 7 plants for medical grow. I knew my rotation would be off so I planned on doing this method from the get go. Fingers crossed.

Wow, everyone talking about this like it is so new. This thread is 7 years old! I guess that is new to some. I only just heard about this and plan to do this so I can know I am cloning females and even get an idea of the phenotypes of my seedlings and have a clone or two of each. Seems a good way to go. Thanks.

This thread really surprised me. 8 years old and NO ONE posted the essentials.
Side by side results of the same strain
Lighting
Nutes or grow material.
