gotta love seeing mmpr storage in plastic totes....and pails...
what can't afford any glass???
These totes would not be able to be cleaned properly...due to the nature of the plastic's themselves...
and how can that be considered curing....in a non sealable container...????

i love the Grams per day..doesn't even go to 5 grams.
i don't get why they are limiting the # of grams. if you do it in edibles, that 5 grams can be done in 1 cookie. then what? i think they should study it before cutting people off at the knees like that. when we win Allard and I have to renew, i hope they don't cut me back to 5 grams...that would be a real drag! not to mention my healing would be taken back

I have also been thinking long and high about this when the Allard case is finally over and we win!!!! I don't think I will ever renew my mmar (just keep doing what I'm doing) with all the bs the government has pulled..... I find it is best for my health and well being not to have the stress of wondering if the next jackass politican might think my medicine is some evil demonic drug and try and try and incarcerate me for my choice in medicine...:bigjoint:

The low gpd is cause nobody can afford to buy much more than that, even those who are relatively well off. 5/gpd at 8$/g is 40$ a day, 280 a week and 1120$/month. That's why I don't have a huge MMPR script cause it would be redundant. And these numbers aren't counting taxes and shipping.

That's a quarter of what I earn in a month. It's just not feasible.

There's no conspiracy... just regulations written ambiguously so as to leave things wide open to the discretion of the regulatory bodies that will be over-seeing this. What I haven't seen in this thread is any discussion about the Food and Drug act...there will have to be compliance to that regulatory body as well. Again, those stipulations in this act are vague and ambiguous, but are quite detailed in the Food and Drug act. Compliance with their regs is going to be another huge cost. Bottom line... HC lost control of the program because they weren't big enough to manage it. It is far easier and cheaper to just limit the growers, rather than increase the manpower of HC to watch us. That means big operations growing to meet demand... and when big Phrama gets into it they will only buy from huge operations that can met their demand, rather than picking up a few pounds here and there from small ops. Like I said, no conspiracy...just big business is moving in. That's all. We'd all be far better off to start pushing for recreational use in a system like beer and wine rather than hide behind the medical angle (no offence meant to legit patients, as I am one). Harper called that bluff with these new regs...that's all...

A higher number of GPD would be helpfull if one due to lack of affordability or strain choice
Was forced to do a personal medical grow, i.e. say for example one had a 6 GPD MMPR script,
And said person had a thirty plant personal medical grow and got busted,
Certainly a very credible defense in court would be that the patient couldn't afford
Mmpr lp prices so was forced to grow their own but did keep it within the old mmar
Guideline of plants , therefore the patient should not receive a criminal sanction
For what is argued to be an unconstitutional law, the MMPR, because it forces
The patient to choose between their liberty and their health.
This viable argument would be amenable to most judges and result in a discharge
If you wanted a quick result or a big win in a constitutional challenge should you
Have the fortitude to go through with it, ala turmel style fillings

that guy in Quebec who got a $1 fine shows me the courts are getting tired of these cases
