MMPR Grow op: Small Scale

All I can say to that Hippy is than I'm not a corporation, Im just a regular joe. I wanna be the guy that puts those monstrosities out of business. I've been growing the kind a very long time, I've mentored dozens if not hundreds on how to grow their own and be self sufficient. I know I can bring a quality tested product and offer it at a reasonable price. I believe that everyone should be able to grow, and if you can't I would offer my services. I'm no saint, but Im no scumbag praying off the sick, I can gaurentee that I probably helped more people in Canada accses to canabis than you can imagine. It's easy for you to judge over the Internet, but in reality you don't know me. I respect your opinion, but at the end of the day it's just your opinion.

Itsme.
I know your basically one of us, but at this point I can't support LP's or even LP thinking right now. If we go legal I'm on your side 100% as long as individual grow rights are maintained. But until then I can only fight every turn of this new system. And anyone trying to get into it.
Because your effort to become an LP is bad for other patients at this point. The more LP's there are the more the demented minds of HC and harpo think that's the solution.
The problem with your story is that if your were granted LP status TODAY...you'd go for it...thereby hurting other patients chances at freedom to grow their own.
Read this part here...its the cruxt of my anger towards you and your kind.
Presently the mmpr is the governments excuse to take away individuals/my grow rights.

So please. stop trying to convince us of your nobility. Your still trying....so that makes you un-cool bro.
I understand you just want to work legally with cannabis. I'm cool with that dream...just not yet.
Your hurting others in a small way.

What I sense is itsmehigh is not in the same class as LP's, he's not looking to join them, he's looking to legitimize what he does...grow weed. Unfortunately he has the near impossible task of dealing with HC in order to remain on the right side of the law. How is he a bad guy when johnny-black-market is cool? His focus is on mmj and helping patients, supposedly, and I have no reason to doubt that. My biggest issue with the mmpr is the loss of individual grows. If we could ALL grow, the LP's could coexist with quality mom & pop gardens. I have zero problems with a guy wanting to make a buck doing what he/she is good at. If there were a hundred Itsme's and they had the resources to fight, it would kill the mmpr. Now if he turns around and buys tweed....

Its a new discovery. Of course it could be spun negatively, the prohibitionist spin everything ganja related to the negative, their reasoning and arguments aren't sound though.

Not a reddit warrior more a dedicated lurker, though they're going the way of digg, fuckers.

Import/Export – Health Canada seems to have changed its mind on the issue of importing and exporting cannabis. LPs were previously able to obtain permits to import dried marijuana into Canada for resale (Bedrocan initially imported 100% of its product). This is expressly permitted in the MMPRs. However, in June, Health Canada issued an information bulletin confirming its new policy position that the MMPR “is neither intended to make Canada an exporter of marijuana, nor to enable importation as an alternative to domestic production” and that importation and exportation will only be permitted “under very limited circumstances, such as, importing starting materials for a new Licensed Producer or exporting a unique marijuana stain for scientific investigation in a foreign laboratory”.

What’s Next - This change will necessitate a re-calibration by some LPs and LP applicants whose business plans included direct MMPR access to international markets. Instead, there will be an increased focus on international diversification through foreign asset acquisition.
