I find it interesting and disturbing that a slang word for women's privates has now
become so common place in America. It's tactless and shows a loss of dignity, imho.

stow, theman owned you. You make no valid points being an internet 'tough guy',
it's laughable at best. Chill dude and make some valid points, join the conversation.

no offense to anyone but it's all simple really. Only sell to people you caregive for. Only caregive for trusted relatives or friends. Step out of the circle into the grey areas and you're asking for trouble. With how much demand there is for good indoor I don't see why anyone would even bother advertising. Life is too short to end up behind bars.

I purposely avoid friends and family in my registry. All my patients found me randomly online and approached me this way. I've had great experiences...once I knew exactly the type of patients I wanted it was easy. NO compromises, NO drama, No kids home, NO job, no sadness, NO criminal record, NO antidepressants, NO daily boozers, and No face tats(hehe).
Only patient issues I've had was when I didnt follow my above guidelines.

Its my damned registry, I took control, and made it exactly as I desired. been smooth since 2009. never sold to a dispensary or outside my registry.

Some of you may be familiar with the MMMA website. If you are thinking about checking it out - don't. If you frequent the site, stop.

I'm fairly sure the founder is one of the people under indictment for involvement with the "Clinical Relief" dispensary in Ferndale and the place is crawling with cops.

I am a 100% legal caregiver and I operate under the strict guidelines of the card system. I made the mistake of posting an ad for caregiver services and was inundated with requests for illegal sales, some involving a bit of weight. I have a bad feeling everyone who posts there, or possibly even visits, is on a watch list and possibly under surveillance.

To make matters worse, the most frequent posters are reckless fools who encourage everyone to take dangerous risks. Anyone calling for due care and caution is accused of being a cop and of using "scare tactics." See, their position is that the card system is BS and the law allows much broader activity including sales of any amount to anyone with a card regardless of whether or not they are your patient. If you are like me and do not want to take that risk, they flame you.

It almost seems like the website run by the people under indictment and they are using the site to set people up as part of a deal with the cops. Now, I don't know this to be true, but it sure seems that way. Either that, or they want to use other people as guinea pigs.

Either way, you would be smart to avoid that website at all costs.
The founder is Michael Kormon, one of the premier cannabis defense attorneys in the state. No one in any position of authority, including Mr. Kormon were involved with Clinical Relief. Neither he nor any other attorneys in his office represented them in court. No one directly involved with the management of the site was a defendant in the case. Nothing happens there that is not vetted by Kormon's office. A recent Weediquette program on Vice featured the intrusion of law enforcement that continues against patients and caregivers in Michigan, and Kormon appeared throughout the show to explain and demonstrate what is up with that. He also has an internet radio program called Planet Greentrees. There is a link on the home page. Tonight's guest is Harvard Professor Emeritus Lester Greenspoon who has been outspoken in his support for medical cannabis for years. Prior programs are archived and available.I am a frequent poster, and am, in fact, working to bring caregivers together in light of the new dispensary laws that small doubt intend to eliminate the current system. We can outcompete them. I stopped in here to mention that and invite people to look into it. That conversation is happening there.

We have had our eyes on the horizon and our noses in the wind, watching the law play out in the courts and the legislature. Discussion regarding protections for patients and caregivers is frequent, and we have more than just kicked around important legal matters, to include sec. 8 Affirmative Defense protections, I think especially in light of People v Hartwick and People v Tuttle, that lays out evidentiary matters in addition to sec. 4 registry protections. If you choose not to protect yourself with additional evidentiary coverage if law enforcement overlooks your registration with the State, and it does, landing you in court, knock yourself out. There are those who think it prudent. We intend to leverage every advantage the law provides. If anyone is not comfortable with any of our observations they are not required to buy in. I entirely agree that abiding by the strict guidelines of the card system is the best way to go.

That you were approached with requests that were outside the protections of the law came from people, the likes of which come out of the woodwork in most any internet forum. Your characterization of them as in any sense key players is misguided.

FWIW, speculation, hyperbole, insults, lies, and/or fallacy are errors in conversation that invalidate users' arguments. I work to stay away from them and am not bashful to call them out when they appear. Please refrain from them in any response to me, and I will return the courtesy. Thank you.

I still stand by my statement above. No speculation, hyperbole, insults lies and or errors here... These are facts.. When some go to that site disagrees with what some have to say on the site they are belittled, baited then banned. If MMMA are truly fighting for people with MM cards, care givers then all points of view should be valid whether they are what the people posting or the owner at the site believe or not. Be it political, religious or otherwise we all have a voice if we work together we can rise above this calamity if not then it will continue to divide the MM community.

People that visit that site are guilty of the above. This is exactly why that site will no longer be visited by me or others I know in the MM comunity....

We appreciate your work, greg. However, Chad banned most of us for violating zero site rules. We paid and all got booted because the big butthurt giant couldn't handle the facts of the electoral college. We paid to stand with you, friend. Chad chose to close us out. Not much more to say. It was solely his decision.

Glad to hear it all worked out great. I just stuck with friends and relatives because it was more convenient for me. When dealing with strangers online it can take time to get to know them. Like how do you know they're not the type that would rob you or turn into a psycho? Sometimes people seem normal until you get to know them better. That's cool though it all worked out for you.

I've certainly had some issues, my fault typically, not misjudging really but desperation, to save genetics, prevent plant kill off, etc. I just wont risk one extra plant, one extra gram etc, and in my perpetually harvested cycle i need patients to do what they said they'd do. when they dont, I fire them and replace them immediately.
I've got a star interviewing system that shows the knuckleheads usually before registration.
after registration patients never visit me, I meet them, home or whatever. All retired, disabled, no work woes, no unhappy people allowed here. I stick with the cool cats of yesteryear, my kind of people, back when you could believe that every mj users was cool.

used to think that....till I registered my first patients!!

it continues to this day even. character there continues to form the readership, pull the reigns, and admin feeds it, baits it too. always has. its transparent, where theres one rat....theres many more.
I'm embarrased I ever participated in the first place. After watching the fiascos there for years, finally thought the change would make a difference. Now I see the same butt hurt market sellers directing the show. right out of the "running a forum" handbook, so funny.

they lost a strong force, much stronger than what they're left with. I hope it doesnt hurt komorns biz, I know he is a good attorney, and would have not hesitated to hire him if needed, maybe not so much now though, he is the boss over there, if things in the forum were not the way he wanted them to be he would change directions, as he did recently. I've met players from both sides, ones who remain the problem imo, and ones who were banned. Believe me, the ones banned were the kinds of people I like, the ones remaining, well we watched their follies unfold, got a pretty good idea of their morals and intentions.

MMMA is a liberal front for knuckle dragging morons... To bad we here in the mitten are so piss poorly represented with such groups...
Yup I noticed that to, Full of liberal delusions and Statist views. Its a mass of Stockholm syndrome over there, and lots of fact less claims.

Did y'all really get banned for just posting opposing polital views? Or was it threats of violence? I have posted some crazy shit their under another account and have not been banned. But I have not posted anything pro trump so idk.

I didnt see any violence from any of these posters banned. some were not supporting either candidate, some stating both are bad players. this wasnt an anti trump play it was a pro hillary play?

is there a name for a forum using itself to collect money in order to promote a particular political candidate?
