MMJ Card Question

So, I'm moving to Colorado next summer, and I'm trying to figure out my best bet at getting a MMJ card to be legal. I know that you have to have some kind of existing medical condition with a medical history to prove it, but I was wondering if insomnia would be a sufficient condition to get a card? I have had insomnia for years but haven't been seeking medical attention for it but if will help me to get a card then I want to get it in my medical history asap. Any thoughts?

Insomnia isn't listed as an approved condition. However, if you experience pain from it, or if taking rx cause you to vomit or have nausea from the rx then those would/should be covered.

You're going to have to be a resident. And you're going to have to find a doctor that not only agrees that you need mmj but is also willing to put that on paper...
