ok ive got a real hard time gettin to sleep due to back pains because i work at a job that lifts 50+ so therefore keep tossing and turning....also i put myself into a depression mode all the time and just cant seem to shake it off ....what if you dont have records/history from the my past regular doctor because it was so long ago??? BTW where can i go around my area that issues MM card in my case????
