Oakland County is attempting to take a hardline on State Approved Medical Marijuana, to the extent of bullying citizens, and this is their lame version of propaganda. Many lawsuits in Oakland County's future.

I can see it now Abe, Oakland county authorities start raiding every one they believe to be outside the most strict interpretations of the law.

Then they will raid a perfectly legit caregiver, take all of her plants and flaunt them on the local news claming they have found the mother-load, with a value of $300,000!

The care giver will use every word the swine said against them and sue for $300,000 in damages plus another $30,000 for all the equipment and her personal possessions that were taken as part of the forfeiture laws.

Once a few cases like this stick, I think the environment will change a little.

I think so too.

I was just curious to see what Southfields new zoning ordinance said about MMJ
Keep in mind, one of the reasons given for this ordinance was the law was unclear, or confusing.
After scanning through one of the 247 page pdf files on zoning restrictions, i'm wondering if i'm looking
in the correct place.
12 plants and 2.5oz is confusing, but 247 pages of rules and regulations are what? Crystal clear?

It is all true, you cant have a successful life being baked all the time. It isn't gonna happen.

I have smoked with Judges,Doctors, lawyers, and many other very well off people. And none of them smoke everyday.

Well, you're probably right, no one should be baked ALL the time. Judges, doctors and lawyers shouldn't be stoned on the job, period. But, I do know successful people who toke everyday.

My job requires me to be social and it is easier to be social with assholes when I'm blitzed. And no not that kind of social...

Im sorry bud but thats just what they tell you, smoke every day is one thing but smoking all day is different, A lot of professionals only smoke after work and not before it and yes they do it every day generally.

True, What I meant is wake&bake and burn all day, it will take a toll on you after time, makes you lazy and unmotivated.

The guys that work for me (construction) will NOT be getting high on my job site, or if they show up in the morning stoned they are sent home. They can smoke all they want after work no problem.

I have seen both sides, and being sober on the job gets alot more done.
