Me, too

Yesterday, I spent a couple hours cleaning and reconfiguring the wooden frame I made for the upstairs 2 x 4 'tent'.

More to do this morning as 2 of the SS are overtaking the others. MedMan thinks they are the Blueberry Cheese Cake. Sounds yummy

2 Bigguns Up Top
I've been busy prepping the upstairs 'tent'

Just finished putting the 2 biggest plants up there, under ~ 432w hot5; a mix of ZooMed FloraSuns + Quantum 6500 Grow bulbs

They are being top fed via Hydro Halo rings. Feed cycle is 30/30

As the rez is a couple gallons, maintaining ~ 450ppm will be a lot easier

What a difference 3 days made

Plus a pic of my High Performance Rez

Ibogaine is actually a schedule1 drug here in the good old USA if you know someone with a skunk magazine vol 9 issue 5 has an article three men and a cure the articles about heroin but I did a speech on it and it works for PTSD as well a cure for almost all drug addictions including tobacco I just figured you living in Canada you would have heard of it it's legal up there

Pet are you basically getting a three bar light from them a light that will cover a 4x4 for that price can't wait to see how it works

First, any moment I will have 2 X 3FT rails> I chose flowering spectrums to supplement the 2 ufos

They are also making a Spyder 600 with a 2 ft spine to fit 2ft tents. It will be more grow oriented, but flowering should be no problem for the average grower

IMHO, too much emphasis is spent on squeezing that last little bit..

The average personal use grower gets caught up in it, unnecessarily

Don't get me wrong, pushing the envelop eventually trickles down

When re-starting the HH ring quasi F/D system, there is usually a few adjustments needed

One I need to do is raise the height of the horizontal feeder tube to the back plant.

Also, I made an improvement to the flooming. Now using a ~6oz plastic bottle filled with stones. The nutes are pumping directly into it, then out the bottom into more stones, then cascade back into the rez. Well, the horizontal tube (with the magnets) was too long, and slipped out spilling ~ 1/2g onto the terrazzo floor.

I neglected to replace the lost nutes, so not enough nutes were feeding the back plant, which was fine last night, but was droopy this morning.

It is mostly back to a healthy turgid state

I should have had my BML rails so I contacted them. Apparently I needed to complete the order form for them to make them up, so hopefully by next Friday

Hey, got a couple questions about the spyder you're getting.

Are you getting the grow-max or start-max spectrum?

Since they are cutting down from 3' to 2' for you, well it still be 270 leds @ 333w, just packed closer together? Or are they doing less leds/less Watts?

Haven't gotten so far as to select gro or start. Hopefully I can select my own blend

The 2 ft spine will still have all the rails

Cool, I asked because you said it will be more grow oriented so I was wondering what you meant by that.

So it will have the same number of rails, but what about same number of leds???

AFAIK, the same number

Since mj only needs ~ 20% in blue in veg, as long as it is kep there, or lower, then one light should work.

See Supra's result using WW COB

Hmmm, well let us know about the wattage and number of leds when you find out for sure. It will be interesting to see if the passive cooling of the shorter heatsinks can handle the same number of leds as the 3'. If so, then they might as well pack more leds into the 3' rails.

Also let us know what spectrum you get.

Of course and you can follow along

Looks like 4 keepers out of 7 popped

Now that more led light is available, 2 of the 4 remaining plants are taking off

The plant I FIMed, that had the fused top leaf, is too short unable to each up into the lights' sweet spot, so I decided to move it, and run a test.

It has a well established root system at the bottom of the AP, so I moved it between the 2 plants upstairs.

It will not get a HH ring to feed from the top. I am curious to see how well it responds being in the direct path of the runoff from the second plant

Light will be an issue here as well, but, nothing ventured...

Happy Easter to my Christian friends

Seems like a good excuse to pop a few pics

Hard to see, but there are 2 (healthy, happy) plants under the leds

LED Pics are 1 & 2,

I will change out rezes today

The photo program sucks as it seems to have its' own agenda for uploading the order taken

HOT5 Pics the closest plant branches are almost ready to tie down to my Cube.

Plants are 30 days from cotyledon

Time to start increasing the amount of WW and lowering the light schedule in both tents to 15 hours, on the way down to ~ 12/12

In the led tent I added ~ 36w WW (a 1 x 4 retrofit ceiling light) to trigger pre-flowering. Will replace it with the 2 BML bars

Pic is prior to removing the diffuser

HOT5 Replaced 2 @ 6500 with 2 @ 2900

Also dumped and made up fresh nutes @ ~ 450ppm
