Mites and/or white mold?

My buddy says he's seeing white mold on the buds in one or two buds. And also seeing some white web like cotton stuff on one.

I told him its probably mites as I had that before. I dont think it was on my marijuana plant though. Wondering if theres any like "natures cure" or organic way to take care of the mites. Or what this white mold would be. Should he just cut the bud or two off that are showing it?

I use companion planting as my natural cure - I grow dill and coriander alongside my plants. They repel spider mites.
For you, it's too late to start that now, they'll be sprouts and you'll be at harvest time.
I've seen other people recommend spraying soup you make from hot chillis?

I don't think that is mites I think it is a caterpillar of some sort, I wold recommend cut of the offending bits if those are the 2 only spots. Still tough to tell, but it it was mites and webbing was showing that think they would be lots of eaten leaves and lots more webs all over , mites like to spread out on the plant. If t hose are the 2 only bits I would think that it is a singular creature

Yes, with spider mites by the time the web is visible, the spider mites will be.
Probably not spider mites or you'd be seeing them in the hundreds by now

I agree. Not mites. There are no white spots on the leaves that come with mites.

We call them web worms.

Get some bt to kill them.
