"Mistakes" Governmental Offices Make When Tending to their Responsibilities

I asked for a lawyer and what i got was the sheriff telling me i should cooperate and it will be easier for everyone. hehehe My lawyer is gonna have a good time with this one. The dog never signaled, and the officer with the dog went counter clockwise, not following procedure, which is clockwise around the vehicle.

That's a big one. For example the DA and i had come to an agreement, then i asked for a lawyer to look over the agreement, the DA ignored me the rest of that meeting. The only person he would talk to was the sheriff. The jest is when you ask for a lawyer the only communication that the leo should have with you is contacting legal representation.

They ignore you when neccesary. But use shit against you whenever possible.

I was illegaly searched, had nothing on me, but it was still the principle. when i was 16 i modified my turn signals to be red instead of amber, cop pulled me over, had me step out of the car. as he was talking to me his partner started looking in my windows with a flash light and starts to open my passenger door, just as he does the other officer looks at me and says do we have permission to search (mean while his partner is already searching) so to avoid confrontation i say "okay"...after about 20 minutes of wading through the garbage in my back seat i asked the other cop why modified turn signals warranted a search? he said that "if i was so uncomfortable, i could of refused the search" at which point i just shut up (not looking for trouble and he was right), after his partner was satisfied, the cop looks at me again and says "we'll we found numerous violations with your vehicle but are not going to give you a ticket" and left. the messed up thing was i had a full pack of smokes the cop looked at about 10 times (opened up, looked into, moved around) and they didn't even give me an MIP, i think they knew if they issued me any ticket (for other than the signals) i would of been through an improper search.
