Micro Nutes Or P or K?

Seems like Im either having a potassium issue, phosphorous, or it's lacking micronutes. I've been searching and looking at photos and how-to's for a bit, and can't quite nail this down.

Im growing in a potting soil/FFOF mix. I have been working on some Ph issues, but I think I've got it now. 600hps 12/12

Rule of thumb..
Generally speaking, Major and secondary nutrient deficiencies start at bottom of plant and go up. Micro nute deficiencies start at the top and go down.

Having said that i agree it looks like over fert rather then a deficiency. Flushing will not hurt even if Im wrong about that.

In my experience FFOF is very hot and adding anything can tip the balance and cause the problems you are having. Flush, flush. flush....and when you finish the flush give them a 1/4 strength feeding of nutes right away.
Dont wait!

I did a partial flush, ran 5 gallons through it. The drainage of this soil is really good. Is that enough?

Guessing the size of those pots at 3-5 gallon you should be close.
If you have a TDS meter check the run off and get it around 200-300ppm.
