i understand your reasons for saying these things but it doesnt make sence, i feel protected by the law and you should too just so long you have your physical card and your within limits.

im certainly not concerned about dea and our law is easy to read, i just follow it to a tee. i went back through the last 3 pages because i felt bad, maybe i blew things outts proportion but i didnt ....here your last few posts in the thread and i didnt take out any its literally your last 4 posts leading to the arguement.

Compassion Care Clubs he means. B sure to have ur card with u. Remember yall. Were not Cali yet. Despens, is a Co-op, or Commpasion Club. We cant fuch this up. Profit is a no-no. IMO calling them Dispensaries, only gives way to bad thingz. Just look at what cal and Col have been goin trew for years. Loose lipz, sink shipz...

compensation. if it were profit. the state would have tax laws in place. u can charge what u should b compensated for ur product. but remember where u are. Its open season for us. Its open season for DA's. Tho we MAY b in the right. WE dont know. U wanna be the the test dummies?

I heard a convo similar to Krustiez. U know what it said. im just sayin, dont b the reason, b the explination. thats all

Im with u. I dont wanna be the face of MI, when Obama boys come :wall:

Ohhh just wait. Youll see raids soon enough

all im sayin is WE GOT THE POINT YOUR UBER PARANOID. now can we drop it untill a forum member is actually pushing the limit and then we can warn them of the LE?

i say let them open a disp.-
having a drill and a saw doesn't make you a carpenter
how many of these people are capable of carrying out long term undertakings such as owning a business, it's all a pipe dream, the reality of owning a business will set in soon enough, taxes, paperwork, etc., that garden will weed itself if the government just makes them adhere to the rules any other sole proprietorship would, which in my opine they should do

i have owned my own business for 15 years, and doing the bookwork is more than building the houses, i would imagine the same for any business

the only way to prove is too test

Hey guys i have a question, i am a few days away from my new grow room being finished. the clinic i went to gave me a referral list to get meds, clones, cuttings and edibles from in my area. i have talked to several different people on the list and i have gotten different answers when i ask this particular question: " Do the plants that are HANGING and drying count towards your 12? " and since we can only have 2 1/2 ozs dried on us at a time, and im harvesting 12 plants each harvest, does that mean i can keep lbs hanging upside down as long as i only have the legal limit in jars? i have many more questions but ill leave this one at that! someone please fill me in with the proper answer! thanks!

nah, the plants hanging are going to count against your 2.5 oz.

its going to weigh more then the 2.5 oz allowed so it sucks.

truth is if its not in the dirt its now bud and not a plant.

Yeah, it seems when they were writing the law...they didn't think about some things...or they just didn't know what the hell they were talking about.
We're allowed to have 12 plants...but only be in possession of 2.5oz at any one time. Pretty much BS to me...but...gotta stay legit...so that's what i'll do...haha

thanks guys. its good to hear from people who know what the hell they are talking about instead of providers who are more interested in making money than helping people medicate. that really does suck though! but that brings me to my next question... Patients are allowed to "give" meds to each other and "donate" some funds to the provider for their efforts right? well if thats true, someone who is a patient and not a caregiver could technically have another patient over the day of a 12 plant harvest and "give" them meds right? like cut the stalk and give it away right away. that way its being legally distributed and you could keep doing that until you only have 2 1/2 ounces left to keep for yourself from that crop...right? i hope that makes sense... hope to hear from you guys soon!

p.s. has anyone ever dealt with the Mid West Caregivers? they sell cuttings for 5 bucks each or 3 for 10. just wondering if anyone can comment on them or the quality of their strains. thanks!

thats a link to our law. rather then us answering your questions you should read thru this and get your own answers from YOUR interpretation of the law.

heres an excerpt you are looking for.

(e) A registered primary caregiver may receive compensation for costs associated with assisting a registered qualifying patient in the medical use of marihuana. Any such compensation shall not constitute the sale of controlled substances.

and

(i) A person shall not be subject to arrest, prosecution, or penalty in any manner, or denied any right or privilege, including but not limited to civil penalty or disciplinary action by a business or occupational or professional licensing board or bureau, solely for being in the presence or vicinity of the medical use of marihuana in accordance with this act, or for assisting a registered qualifying patient with using or administering marihuana.

i think what they had in mind was a perpetual grow-

where maybe you put 1 plant in the flower room every 3 weeks or something, i haven't sat down and done the math yet as to how you could keep 10 in rotation with 2 mothers, but something like that has to be what they were thinking

short plants that harvest 3 weeks apart

well the law was written by lawmakers but in the presence of activists (so im led to believe). what i think happened was the activists were implementing what they think is important ie; large plant count among others things and they got some things squeezed thru but others they couldnt get em to budge on ie; 2.5 oz among other things...

this is all just IMO

^^^ Its a bitch! I still dont have it completly down. Im gettin there tho. Best bet, become caregiver for at least 1more. I cant imagine tryin this with 12 plants.
