Welcome to RIU btw.
Thanks. This place is amazing. Ive been using Miracle Grow household plant Nutes. I only used them twice. And the problem started happening days after that. So i stopped using the nutes. I diluted some epsom salts in some water a little while ago and sprayed my plants. How often should i do this? daily? or multiple times a day?

You should put epson salt in the water every time you give them nutes since MG has no Mag in it. I've been doing so for ages since my nutes have none either.

About a half teaspoon per gal. You can put a full teaspoon in for a quick fix the first time, and I've even read put in a tablespoon per gal to fix a deficiency. It's supposed to be hard to over nute mag and I've never had any problems with it so far.

I was planning on starting a 12/12 lighting schedule soon to start flowering. Should i wait till my plants recover fully from the the deficiency? will it make a difference?

Always try to get everything 100% dialed in before going into flowering.

Instead of giving it epsom salt, try and find some mg/cal supplement at the hydro store or garden center. Most times when you have a mg def, you also have other defs too. Mg and Ca (calcium) go hand in hand. A text book Mg def has the leaves curling upward with a spotty pattern across the margins, with the tips turning brown. Good luck

Thanks for all the help. The plant has turned around completely since i started using epsom salts. I will also be sure to check on the calcium.

I cannot speak on MG nutes. I do know that their Organic Soil with perlite is used up and down the state of Ca.

Glad to hear you've got it worked out.
