whats the point of the myccomadness? the salts in that maxibloom are going to purge your soil of most of its microlife, including myccos.

you would think that but with the addition of that botanicare pure tea crap. and keeping it so I dont use maxi bloom every watering it should allow some mycelium to attach to the root system before dying off in the soil. if i can use GH flora nutes and still have mycelium growth on my roots in DWC(you can tell if its working because the roots get extra little spikes on them) then maxi bloom shouldn't kill it off much more..

interesting theory, on paper id have to disagree but if it works for you then who am I to argue?

paper vs reality are two different things I find. youd be amazed at what nature can handle.. think of it man ive seen some pretty shit highly acid soil in the forests around BC.. and they still have a huge network of fungi in the dirt. yes with salt buildup it might kill off some of it and some of the bacteria. but from what ive experienced they dont seem to mind the chemical nutes too much.. especially in soil.

regardless they just hit flower.. and that gimpy one.. well the reason id say its special is cause it had 3 seed leaves and it seems to be a bit malformed.. though she still popped some hairs.. i donno if i wanna kill it, since its smaller than the other 2. or just wait and see what happens.. could be a bit gimpy but end up stronger than fuck bud.. I have a cat born with a gimpy tail and shes so smart she can pass a Mirror test better than a chimp. no shit makes eye contact with you in the mirror.. kinda scary sometimes

Just ride it out and see what happens. Unless you need the space for something else. Sometimes those gimpy ones just explode out of no where and end up just the same as the other ones.

there doing good. ill be upping to nutes to 850ppm to get them going.. the ppm is a little high due to the myco madness im using. also something called biostrath..i wont go into details but its a type of dead yeast..

hahaha you dont have to explain theory vs. application to me! I spit on theory!
pics or GTFO lol

right on bro, Ill be watching ;)

the native forest fungi is specially adapted through thousands of generations to that (barely changing) environment and to work in unison with the local flora and fauna, filling a small pot of soil with a concentrated salty solution inside of a sterile room is a recipe for disaster (if your a fungi). Indoors YOU are god and must make every effort to create an "ideal" environment for your plants "surviving" is not thriving.

just my 2 cents, you say it works for you so I will watch and see :)
