Strain: Mekong High from Dutch Passion feminized
Growth:fast,fast,fast (strectching)
Nutes:2 types of guano plus all the B' Cuzz produtcs (roots, grow, bloom)
Yield: not bad I can't say my scale is broked maybe 2 ounces. This is some fluffy shit not
dense at all
Bag Appeal: I'd say 7.5 long hairs, beautiful long buds flully like a pillow
Taste:clearly somethin I've never taste before...A mix of ginger and bitter sweet at the end tastes like asian food, a lot of subtle taste

Smell: Strong scent like a SKUNK but more bitter and sweet but definitely parfumed
High: Very energetic, makes me HAPPY!!a bit indica at the end. This buzz is not like over the top. Mellow Buzz 7on 10
Comments: I don't I would pay for that particular strain, altough it wasn't that bad. This strain is OK .It was a freebie so I'm grateful:-P

Nice report, qb...too bad it wasn't the Sativa high you were looking for, but, as you say, it was a freebie, and it turned out to be a nice-looking plant and a decent smoke...so all in all, not a bad deal.
I got a freebie 3-pack of the Mekong Haze sitting in my collection, gonna have to pop 'em someday soon and see if they're the real deal.

I have three Mekongs in the oven right now...due date sometime in Oct.
After a little history I discovered that the strain Dutch Passion used was
Vietnamese Black, one that has been around. As a Vietnam veteran,
I am extremely suspect of the genetics of this so-called Vietnamese/Laos strain.
I fought there and was familiar with it.
Remember, hemp is used wildley in SE Asia for rope, it could be a strain was inferior to begin with.
If you smoked some real good quality Vietnamese marijuana you would rate it one of the top ten in the world, it knocks you down.
I dont hear any reports here of exceptional quaility.

On the other hand the strain is robust and stable, dont think much nute manipulation would change a thing as far as quality.
At the ednd of grow I will give report.
Another note, although this plant is considered sativa, it grows like an indica...do not crop.

I did not receive freebees..I bought chocolope from Attitude at the per seed level and all I can say is that it grew like a bad transplant...whole plant was limp, sickly..at the same time Sensi top blend dollar wise..(NL 5 and haze) was excellant...will never buy DNA product again..some of the pictures I have seen of choco, looked norhing like what I paid for...both were grown in same soil.
