Medical marijuana is coming to Connecticut.

A bill is being pass through the CT legislation with an overwhelming amount of support 81 - 19% The bill should be passed by the end of april it's expected.

cant wait to see what kind of guidelines will be in place but I thought it was something that would pass more along the end of the year octoberish?
