When the second amendment was created, "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed", AR15's did not exist.

No, it says the right to "keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed". They are trying to TAKE away AR-15's (arms). It does not matter if AR-15's didn't exist back then, that doesn't mean you can rewrite the constitution.

Fair enough. Seems like you are implying it is true. You either heard it from a credible source, or not. If you had a credible source you wouldn't be asking, you would be providing the source. So i'm inclined to believe it is not true until I see further evidence.
