FLINT, MI -- A Flint man claims buds from two plants he's growing for medical marijuana were among the several items stolen Friday, June 27 from his Churchill Avenue home.

The man called police around 12:20 p.m. for a breaking and entering complaint, telling a responding officer he left around 11 a.m. and noticed a window frame had been pushed in when he returned one hour later.

The home was in disarray, with several items missing including two Asus laptop computers, one iPhone, a black and purple backpack containing books, eight silver rings, one gold chain and the marijuana.

A medical marijuana registry number was provided by the victim, according to a Flint police report. Damage was observed to the window frame by an officer on scene. No witness or suspect information was available.

$1,200 in marijuana plants stolen from man's Flint home after break-in

FLINT, MI – A Flint man believes his son didn't have far to go to allegedly get his pot after $1,200 in marijuana plants were stolen from his home, according to a police report.

A man told Flint police he was the last person to leave the home in the 500 block of East Philadelphia Boulevard on Tuesday, May 13, at 10 p.m. He said when he returned on Tuesday morning at 8 a.m. he found the bedroom window broken.

According to the report missing items include marijuana lights valued at $2,000 and two marijuana plants valued at >>>$600 a piece. (Wow! 2.5oz plants!:leaf:)

The man told police he believes his son is the one who allegedly broke into the home because he found his identification inside following the break-in. No suspect information was listed in the police report.

Police said the man does >not< have insurance.<<<<<lmao:lol::lol::lol:

FLINT, MI -- Two men have been indicted on federal charges after they allegedly robbed man of marijuana at gun point.

The men, who have not yet been arraigned, were indicted Wednesday, June 18, in Flint U.S. District Court on charges of brandishing a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, possession with intent to distribute marijuana and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The suspects were arrested after authorities say they robbed a man June 3 at his West Bergin Avenue home, according to an affidavit filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Authorities claim the suspects robbed the victim of marijuana, money, a video game system and a cell phone.

One of the suspects allegedly told police that he committed the robbery <after> he attempted to purchase a half-pound of marijuana from the victim >but<the victim >>>raised the price.

The subsequent robbery investigation led police to a Barrie Avenue home. Authorities were able to secure a search warrant and they allegedly discovered multiple guns, crack cocaine and marijuana under the insulation in the home's attic.

Both suspects are in custody pending trial. No new court dates are scheduled.
