Not sure about all that.

I will say that a few big cases against a few people that were raided and charged were just dismissed and settled. That blew me away.

I can't go into details but you can probably figure it out.

Friendly questions here because I am not a hater...

How can any medicine grown in the modern age be 'dog shit'? If for personal consumption, it will get enjoyed. If for a dispensary, the screening and testing process will ensure quality medicines are purchased. At least, that is how it looked on' Weed Wars', where some 'master grower' lost a big donation due to spider mites.

Maybe that's just television.

Given that California threw out the Pack decision, how much steam is there really behind (now) shutting down dispensaries?

Won't just dropping the 25 mile rule make everyone happy? I hope cannabis is so mainstream that they outnumber liquor and cigar stores combined. Free minds. Free markets. Free world.

I personally have a problem calling things 'medicine' that aren't grown to my standard. You will find that same mentality of snobbiness around these forums but you are right, one man's trash is another man's treasure.

I find the snobbiness amusing whether wine, cigars or cannabis.

I appreciate the labor of love and the pride that goes with it. That competitive spirit will drive up quality and drive down prices. If we can still grow that is. If the 25 mile rule is in effect, I will grow orchids until I am free to grow again. Felonies are bad and it's good to toe the line until we are in power to make change.

The prohibition baby boomers in power will eventually pass away giving me maybe the last 20 years of my life to enjoy the gardening and relief and happiness that it brings.

My current grows may yield a couple of ounces at most, but they should carry me until I grow my 12 plant hauls this fall and spring. I don't think our prosecutors can stop me until May--but if so, they will get slapped with a heavy lawsuit.

All cannabis is medicine!

Growing it alone brings euphoria!

One of the big problems with MM law is that there isn't ANY standard.

No goverment entity has even constituted what and how much qualifies as '1 dose'.

Stuff that gets other people really high hardly affects me. And vice-versa.

Funny enough this is one of the first, if not the only mention of MMJ from either candidates/parties per 2012.
Im sure its a ploy for votes, of course, what isnt....

I guess Obama really cant say anything, his current stance is pretty clear.

just seems straight rediculous to pay even $100 a quarter
Everytime I see something about these costs its like LMAO. What is that expensive crap going to do that 100 per oz won't do ?
I started growing because 80 an oz was too much. Yes indoor does produce better but better is not worth 2 to 4 times as much.
My total expences average 25 per pound. So when people say they are just charging enough to cover their expenses it's time to be LMAO

Ryan mentions one time that states should decide, but Romney has promised several times that he will squash medical marijuana if given the chance and legalization is out of the question.

How likely do you think it is that a VP will call the shots for an administration? Not going to happen.

Watch Obama during his second term, when the DEA can no longer thumb their noses at him.

The GOP is only trying to get the "weed " vote by allowing Ryan to say that. Romney will crush MMJ if he is elected....he gets too much money from Big Pharma

Yeah, I've already had enough flip flopping with Obama.... fuck it, I'll give him another 4 years.

No way in hell I'm voting for that android/cyborg Romney and that complete liar, Ryan. The same guy that lied about his marathon time for crying out loud... and anybody's gonna trust him on this?

ryans nomination is just a move to try and grab some youth votes. anything he says is spun to come off attractive for voter between 18-24 especially. the important part frkm thatbarticle was the analysis from the mpp peeps, "take it waith a grain of salt." the gop does not talk substance or specific policy.

FWIW, both Gary Johnson (was governor of New Mexico- used to be Republican, now on the Libertarian ticket in all 50 states) and Green party candidate (and physician) Jill Stein are in favor of legalizing marijuana. Johnson is polling around 5% nationally, and (because of the spectacular way the two-party system virtually shut out anything other than D's or R's) needs to poll around 15% before he can make it to the debates.

I was living in New Mexico when Johnson was governor, and he was a very level-headed guy- fiscally conservative, socially liberal, and turned the state around from deficit to surplus- on top of vetoing everything that came down the pike that didn't have a funding source.

Frankly, Arizona is going to vote Republican this year no matter what; consider voting third party. The current bipartisan death-grip on this country is going to be the end of America as we know it.

WTF prop 115?
http://www.azcentral.com/news/politics/articles/20120829arizona-proposition-judge-selection.html

This is a serious issue, I have personally never seen before or heard its mention until now.
If we think AZ is a police state, get fucking ready.
This prop will allow the governor to pad maricopa county and pima county with the judges of her choice.
Good-bye MMJ if this bullshit passes...

It can feel like elections are rigged and that our votes do not count but this is one of those time were it is essential to get out and vote, regardless of the outcome and corruption behind the ballots.
Im not talking presidential election, I foresee a Florida recount situation anyway. THIS IS AT A STATE LEVEL and we have already seen our elected officials abuse their power constantly, do not give them another outlet to quash the will of the voters.

VOTE NO ON PROP 115!
We have survived on the current system since 1970, do not let Brewer change it now.
AZ politicians constantly display that delineating citizens rights from their own moral dilemmas is a serious issue.
Judges who tell Brewer, Horne and Montegomery to sit on it and push for citizens rights will be few a far between if this bullshit becomes law.

If this passes, regardless of its effects on MMJ, I will be hard-pressed to want to continue to pay taxes in this cesspool of a state where I have to follow orders like a sheep. Cold winters (other states) are starting to sound pretty awesome if prop 115 has a real chance.

I wonder how N Korea chooses judges, maybe down the road we just wont have any judges and everyone will have to answer directly to Brewer and her tumbler of scotch.

Its all about voting for the Right Governor I guess!! That is if this passes!

I don't beleive so... Just the Ol' Folk in Sun City get Sheriff Joe elected year after year!

Most Arizonians will not allow such a boggle-headed Bill to pass!

www.examiner.com/article/prosecutors-fight-az-voters-medical-marijuana-law

Please note how it says:
However it's important to site the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution which was ratified on December 15, 1791. The principle of federalism by providing that powers not granted to the federal government nor prohibited to the States by the Constitution are reserved to the States and/or the people.

Regardless of states rights, both state and county prosecutors disagree with the Constitution, and continue the fight to end the voter approved medical marijuana law. They are hiding behind the FEDS but saying they do not agree with a Federal Document????

ARE YOUR FUCKING KIDDING ME... DISAGREE WITH THE UNITED SATES CONSTITUTION?????
Typically people who blatantly go against the a document that founded our country are considered terrorists...
How can these idiots publically say they do not support our Tenth Ammendment w/o recourse from other government agencies..
For example: Ted Nugent gets questioned by the FBI for his remarks about Obama...
Horne etc. can openly say they do not support our countries constitution, which has provisions for these clowns to be voted into power, w/o a federal agency questioning their underlying goals?
This sounds like something a Militia would do, going against our constition because of their own moral beliefs.

If this is their sole argument against dispensaries coming to the valley, then I wish them luck, because it is extremely weak...
Not to mention, they are inadvertently attacking every state that has ever implemented their own laws by questioning the 10th amendment.

This has gone on long enough, a judge needs to open their ears and listen to the garbage these terrorists are spewing. Regardless of MMJ, attacking the United States Constitution by saying states do not have the right to enact their own laws is a serious crime in any capacity. The US is divided into states for a reason, basically Horne is suggesting there should no states and the Federal Gov should make all the decisions. Does he know what a democracy is? Talk about overstepping your boundaries as the states attorney.

Did we forget what Treason is?

Take a good look, this is who is deciding our lives for us...
Horne should be more concerned about the side-effects of Propecia IMO...
Next he will file a lawsuit that prohibits rainbow colors on microphones.
