We'll I've decided to go and throw away all the money I've spent on chemical nutes and go back to tea's and try an organic line. lol.
My first grow years ago now I had started off with tea's and just roots organic soil. I had great success with the plants but didn't end up getting a finished product that was worth much due to my friend drying it wrong. So at that point things changed and I stopped and when I came back to things I didn't even think to go that route again because all the grow shop's were just coming about and I didn't need to come up with my own nute regimen. So even though I continued for a couple years took a break and came back to it again present day I still went to chemicals.
Until the other day I was thinking back and remembered that first grow and being sick of having just smooth tasting bud and no flavor I went out and bought the Buddha grow, bloom, and trinity from Roots Organic. Along with some phosphorous guano, liquid budswel, oregonism xl, and epsom salts. I have a few additives from botanicare as well like liquid karma, and sweet raw. The liquid karma and Trinity being the same thing so I'm not mixing RO and Botanicare just one or the other.
I started off by brewing the oregonism xl, with some ancient forest alaskan humus, and molasses. I also brewed up some guano tea. I used 4 tbsp of guano, and 10-12tbsp of budswel. My girls are still pretty early in flower. My lastest girl is probably about 4-5 weeks in, and my earliest is nearing the end of 2 weeks. So hopefully I can still get some new flavor in there with some organics. I have the girls in a coco/perlite mix. So I want to try and get things moving as fast as I can. I'm thinking of making my own sort of Super Coco mix based off sub's super soil and some other recipes I have found. Also would like to get my own vermicomposter going before that so I can use my own castings. Seen that in here as well and props to that guy.
Seems like I need to make some veganics type tea's. Still new on that one and trying to figure out exactly what i should be mixing. lol. I will post some pics of the girls now on chemical ferts and Ill give them a week and post some new ones of organics.
These girls are in a mix of coco/perlite and sunshine mix#4. I have a 400w HPS in a spreader and 2 CFL's @ 200 and 125w a piece. My other girls are in lights out so no peeking in there for a while.
There's some hurtin looking clones in there I took when I trimmed my other girl for flower. Pretty much just cloned everything I could to get as much going as possible. What makes it makes it. Also in there are 3 strains from seeds, Cannalope Kush, Sour Blueberry, and Cheese Quake. For clones there is Aurora Indica, Blue Widow, Strawberry Cough, and Purple Wreck.
