Making Cannabis Olive Oil - HELP!

I have used an isopropyl alcohol technique to extract THC from trim only. I ended up with a very sticky dark goo that is very hard to work with. I thought I would use it to create a thinner substance that could be managed more easily and eaten instead of smoked. I chose extra virgin olive oil and I need advice on how to cook or combine the gooey material with the olive oil. I also read that thc will be more readily digested when bonded with the fats in the oil. Any good advice is much appreciated!
 
I infused Olive Oil with trim and shake. I put all the ganja a deep cook pot and add the olive oil till the trim is covered and then some. lowest heat setting and cook uncovered for a few hours. I have candy thermometer marked with the temp at which the THC boils off and keep below that by 20 degrees or so. I stir when I walk by or think of it. Once done it is poured off in to pyrex measuring cups and cooled. Once cooled I put it in some kief screen and squeeze the excess out of the 'mash' and jar it up for use later.
It can be used in so many ways and is better for you then butter. Once I added arrowroot powder (starch) and mixed the infused olive oil and made a paste which I put into gel caps. I even have taken shots of the oil, gag, but it did the trick. Hope this helps - Professor Peternut
