Making Bubble Hash for the First Time - Question

I'm making Bubble Hash for the first time. I'm using sugar leaf trim, plus popcorn buds, plus a few pretty good buds. I let it all dry for a day after harvest, and then froze it all.

So, when I make the Bubble Hash, should grind the buds, or at least cut them up into small pieces?

You should break the buds by hand over the water/ice mixture. You should check out @Frenchy Cannoli thread for a lot more information and tips.

Yes just gently pull apart your flowers into little nuggies by hand.
