Make you own LED lights?

has anyone with any electrical experience ever tried it? I searched the ENTIRE internet and found no real how to's or kits for it

I was just trying to optimistic, i dont wanna spend a ton of money and cant have what seems like a light/heat source equal to the sun creeping out of my grow area.

I understand now.....how about just a flouro? I've gone from seed to harvest with flouros.

Its dead easy and you can buy simple and cheap or highly advanced kits online.

I don't grow with leds i use them for aesthetic lighting projects im working on

yea ive got the standard ones that come with a aerogarden but i fell like they are gonna be too weak. That will proably be my next step, buying a few CFLs and putting them around them
