That... really does look as weird as it does in the Barney's photo. To run it three times you must love it, but man.... it looks weird.

I think it is unique.. the yields are impressive , considering that there is almost no leaf. talk about calyx to leaf ratio... this is a very impressive strain. it takes about a year from seed to smoke if you desire something cured properly.. and gives about a years worth of head stash. great smoke.. so very strong.

yeah, no prob. it will be a few months, but just in time for all those springtime chores .! I'm sure that soon we will all meet, and that should give us the opportunity to share all of our love and hard work. :bigjoint:

dude, it takes FOREVER to grow, and yields low, like really low... depending on veg time, it can yield as little as 1gm per plant... if you veg it three months, you can expect between one to three oz dried per tree... if you take the time it takes, run hydro with co2 and really know what the f--- you are up to... the three times i grew it i got: nothing, something nice but light (2oz), and nothing... indoor is a real mother with the good dr... try it outdoor next season to really enjoy what there is to be had with the dr... and organic... nothing beats the taste of organic with dr grinspoon... like many great head stash strains, it only shows its true colors outdoors and in organic... just one mans opinion here, but...

Interesting must be awesome smoke to warrant that small of a yield and that long a flower period Like they say good things come to those who wait!

Looking for some feedback from my neighbors about a particular strain ... Has anybody ever tried (grow or smoke) Chocolope? It is a DNA Genetics strain with a Satvia of 95/ Indica 5. Flowering period is 63-70 days.

In reading the review, this sounds yummy and would def take some of the "Anxiety Issues" that I have on a Medical Standpoint for myself. In further reading of the review, they state that it is somewhat like we had back in the day, oh so long ago. Just wondering, and thanx in advance Neighbors !! :-)

tried it, never grew it... but they do some seriously good work there at dna... like their connie chung: amazing... have grown several of theirs, generally they are better than average taste weight flavor, but if you get a bad pack, it will really suck... it only happened the one time, but i tell you i was unhappy... 1:10 germ rate that time, i thought i was losing my mind... try it out and go two weeks longer than recommended on the flowering, you will thank me (i hope)...

Need to ask something ... I have read several posts on "Taking Seed to 12/12" and a lot of these growers are getting very favorable results. Would this be the same in taking a clone and going straight to Flowering with a 12/12 Light Schedule?"

yes. give the clone a few days to a week to settle in its new environment. but then you can flower, with a good clone and a good regiment expect small returns. this SOG method is for commercial growers and guys with no regard to number count

The people i know who take cuttings and put them into 12/12 immediately (e.g. without roots) do so to determine plant gender quickly. The people i've known who have played around with 12/12 from seed ( i don't know anyone who does this on a regular basis) were usually growing a long-season saliva and want to limit the height as much as possible.

I have seen outdoor guys make fem seeds and start them only to put a screen over them to force the 12/12 this gives effectively gives them 2 crops for the season. and i have seen a lot of 3 plants per square foot started from clone at 12/12 making a even canopy of SOG. seriously back in the day any grow show you went to was this. ebb n flo table, filled with hydroton and covered with panda plastic.. down and dirty.. old and kinda obsolete in my oppinion..

personally 12/12 from seed never made since to me..
