Made a big batch o' coconut/avocado oil, Decarbing questions

So I made some effective oil from about 2 ounces of good, dried trim. I only decarbed it for about 14 minutes just under 200 degrees in my oven (at sea level). The oil works great as a topical ointment, also works as an eddible, but I wonder if I wasted a lot of the weed by not decarbing longer, until the material was crispier. After the short time in the oven, the material went into a cheesecloth wrapping and was put in the freezer for 15 minutes, and then into the crockpot with a jar of coconut oil, and about 30% more avocado oil added and was cooked on low for just under 4 hours, with about a cup and a half of water added, which reduced to about half a cup in that time.

Questions
my question is, would it hurt to low heat some of the oil at 200 for 45 minutes to see if it activates it more for raw eddible consumption?

does the fact that it works well topically show that it is adequately decarbed, or the opposite, that THCA is present.

The tea-bag of 2 ozes of trim is still sitting in my crock pot, should I try for a second steeping with some cheap olive/canola oil I got lying around or is the stuff rancid by now?
