Hi mate you can do it throughout as the name speaks for it self its low stress training so will not hurt the plant but at the same time don't try and bend a top to the bottom in one go when in flower because once they start to focus on making flowers the stems get harder and easy to break so just go easy

Actually, im 11 days into flowering. And I have been staking them a lil bit ever day, nothing to stressful I dont think. But how long do you think till I should just be letting them shoot for the skys ?

Id say about 2 or 3 weeks in you can let them go. Just like scrog. The stems will start to harden up and the plant will concentrate on producing buds and you may risk snapping them if your doing any lst

proper lst in early stages should be enough, and have the plant spread out as you wish. when going into flower, be sure to always stake first in whatever direction you want the plnt to go...if at anytime during bloom the plant feels weight on producing its buds, it will slow its bud process genetically to snap one of its limbs...so once you go into flower, make sure ur plants has plenty of support and it will do what its supposed to do...

They are small plants, I only vegged forr a month in straight happy frog from seeds. This is kind of a strain test to give me a direction for rdwc
