I don't know what the acid of today is like. I haven't taken acid since the 70's. The stuff I took in the 70's didn't really make me hallucinate (see sound hear color), it altered my perception. Example: I would look at a marble design when I am sober and think "so what?". But when I was on acid, it was the most trippiest interesting thing ever. I could stare at it for hours and be so entertained. I can remember seeing flourescent color under a blacklight and it was the brightest color I had ever seen in my life.
