Imagine recalling weed almost 2 years old. Pretty safe bet as who would have ANY left....fuckin weasels eh?
So let folks consume it then ring the bell a year or 2 later.
We tried to warn folks but now they've consumed the crap.
Maybe they should have BOYCOTTED and saved their health eh?

JEEZ why won't Hippy shut up and leave patients alone on that boycott thing...this is why...liars and cheats is all they are.
Now some of the innocent have been poisoned. And still are by 17 other chemies they still use whenever it goes bad....daily I'm sure.

Finally, most marijuana stocks are still losing money, even with legal sales growth of around 30% per year. Cantpee Growth and Aphids R US are both on track to generate full-year profits this year, but they are more the exception than the norm. Practically every cannabinoid-based drug developer is losing money, and a number of marijuana stocks are burning through a copious amount of cash on hand.

We ALL KNOW THIS IS A LIE

none of the LP's have any profit..its all in their made up, whacked out assessment equation rules they used ..which are not correct.
NONE OF THEM HAVE MADE A PROFIT... no matter what equation they use ;)

might be that many overextended into what they thought the market could support, they'll be exerting political pressure soon enough

everyone following along? (:

lasted about a week...

now watch them burn!:blsmoke:
..no one is gonna order this poison shwags when they can see what they are getting and know its cheaper and safer by far off the ole BM.... or should we say..the ones who made the industry in the first place.
no one just comes along and says..MOVE OVER ROVER!

This deal is about ...easy access??? and the products good sight unseen from an LP ??? ..lol

I agree with the easy access part. I don't really want to see any paths to access shut down, just let the market decide which ones carry forward. Let dispensaries buy from craft growers as long as the lots are tested. Let craft growing flourish. Let personal med growers flourish. If LP's can compete in an open market, go for it - with tested product. Don't set pricing. Don't limit access to the system. Set standards,

This artificial monopoly stuff doesn't meet any of the stated goals. Nobody is happy with it.

We have the same issues forming to the south. Except in CA. They are facing a market collapse of epic proportions. With all of the acres that have been thrown into production in just the last year, forecasters are predicting $500 pounds for top shelf current crop - and almost nothing for last crops leftovers. That my friends, is a bloodbath.

Insiders with two of Canada’s largest marijuana companies are cashing in on the industry’s reefer madness before the country introduces its plans for legalized recreational pot.

Since March 1, five directors, officers and board members with Canopy Growth Corp. sold 3.2 million shares worth at least $7.5 million, including Chief Executive Officer Bruce Linton, who sold $3.7 million worth of his holdings, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Between March 1 and April 10, eight executives and the chief cultivator for Aurora Cannabis Inc. sold a total of 4.9 million shares worth $11.8 million, data show.

The sales were a mix of shares insiders already held and the exercise of options. The profit taking comes as the country’s burgeoning marijuana market has ballooned in value in recent months and just as Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s government introduces legislation to legalize marijuana.

The value of Canada’s nascent marijuana industry has surged amid investor optimism over recreational sales, which Cannacord Genuity Group Inc. said in November could reach $6 billion annually by 2021. Smith Falls, Ontario-based Canopy Growth has seen its share price rise more than 300 percent in the past 12 months, while Aurora has climbed more than 500 perc
Surprised’ Insiders

“Insiders are surprised at the value of their holdings and are monetizing part of their position,” said Jason Zandberg, an analyst at PI Financial Corp. who has a buy rating on marijuana companies including Canopy Growth, Emblem Corp., OrganreplacemntGram Holdings Inc., and Apatheticria Inc. “I don’t think this means the market has peaked, but the current wave of capital entering has pushed prices higher very quickly.”

Linton remains Cantpee’s third-biggest shareholder, with 2.8 million shares. Company Spokesman Jordan Sinclair declined to comment when contacted by Bloomberg News.

rora has been engaged in so many transactions, including acquisitions and raising funds, that shares have been in “almost constant lockdown for officers and directors for the last year,” said Cam Battley, the company’s executive vice president. Shares have appreciated “significantly” and a recent window opened up for officers and directors to sell, he said.

“It’s not unusual there will be some selling along the way, but you’ll also see us buying in,” Battley said by phone. Company insiders continue to maintain major positions in Aurora and have strong confidence in it, he said.

I’ve never in my lifetime seen an industry this big going from black to white, or profits going from organized crime to shareholders

There’s a lot of enthusiasm in the sector and the introduction of legislation will cement in investors’ minds that legalization is actually happening, said Vahan Ajamian, a research analyst with Beacon Securities Ltd. While there will probably be ups and downs and market corrections as legalization rolls out, the industry as a whole is poised to do very well, he said.

“I’ve never in my lifetime seen an industry this big going from black to white, or profits going from organized crime to shareholders,” Ajamian said in a telephone interview. “Big picture: it’s a very lucrative and attractive industry.”

Despite the optimism surrounding the burgeoning market, there are concerns that Health Canada will approve more licensed producers and companies may not be able to brand their products if the government moves ahead with strict packaging rules, said Chris Damas, editor of the BCMI Report in Barrie, Ontario.

“The evidence is stone cold undeniable there’s too many applicants,” Damas said in a telephone interview. “I really think that these stocks are going to go lower. It’s just a matter of time.”

Fucking GROSS!! - I do appreciate the info guys!
Myclobutanil

Chemical Description

Myclobutanil is a white crystal solid. It is mobile in soil, and has a solubility in water of 142 mg/L (#EPA).

Myclobutanil is commercially available as granular dust, dry flowable, and ready-to-use formulations (#EPA).

Uses
Myclobutanil is registered for use on a wide range of food and feed crops. It may also be used in greenhouses, public rights of way, turf, and in landscaping applications. Cotton seeds may be treated with myclobutanil (#EPA).

California accounts for roughly 50% of all myclobutanil use in the US, using 70,000 to 90,000 lbs. annually. Grapes are the most heavily treated crop, using 60% of all myclobutanil in California. Almonds and strawberries are also account for a notable percentage of myclobutanil use in California (#EPA).

Human Health Effects
Myclobutanil has a relatively low acute toxicity. The acute oral LD50 for mice is 1360 mg/kg, and ranges from 1.75 to 1.8 g/kg for rats. Myclobutanil metabolizes into 1,2,4-triazole, which has a lower acute toxicity than the parent compound (#EPA).

Workers exposed to myclobutanil have reported symptoms such as skin rash, allergic dermatitis, itchiness, nausea, heachache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting, nosebleed, and eye irritation (CDPR).

In a two-generation study on rats over the effects of myclobutanil on reproduction, researchers found a decrease in pup weight gain, increased incidence of stillborns, and atrophy of the testes and prostate (#EPA). Myclobutanil is listed as a developmental toxin in the Toxics Release Inventory (#PANNA).

Chronic toxicity tests on rats found decreased body weight and changes to brain and spleen weight, in addition to reproductive effects (#EPA).

Environmental Health Effects
Myclobutanil inhibits the sterol 14-demethylase enzyme, which produces ergosterol, an organic compound vital to fungal cell wall formation (#EPA).

Myclobutanil is nontoxic to bees, which have an LD50 exceeding 362 ug/bee. It is moderately toxic to birds. The acute oral LD50 for bobwhite quail is 498 mg/kg. The primary metabolite, 1,2,4-triazole, is expected to be less toxic than myclobutanil (#EPA).

Myclobutanil is environmentally mobile. It has been found in surface water and in rain, suggesting a potential for atmospheric transport. Due to its persistence, myclobutanil may accumulate in soil with multiple applications (#EPA).

Regulation
Myclobutanil is a General Use Pesticide.

Precautionary Notes
Myclobutanil can become airborne as a dust. In high concentrations, it can become an explosive mixture in the air. Burning myclobutanil may release toxic fumes.

LP Bastards!!

I'm not eating non-organic grapes or strawberries anymore either!

The LPs arent going anywhere. At least not particular ones. Some are too well connected and financed.

Business 101:

Whenever a "new" market becomes available there is a rush to supply it. So initially it become over supplied. Product prices drop. Some suppliers lose their shirts.
But the smart ones who planned for that event survive. They new what was coming and wait out the pretenders.
Then a shortage of product is created and the price rises and those smart suppliers who remain reap their benefits.

This is what financial guys mean when they say that "the market will take care of itself." Meanwhile, the stocks prices rise and falls with how the sector performs.

Free enterprise.

Make no mistake. LPs arent going anywhere. The genie is out of the bottle. Many LPs will fail. The strong will survive and flourish.

This market is no different than any other.

If you naysayers were smart you would pick up Aurora which is at 2 bux per share. They are international players with 10s of millions in financing available to them. They have interests in Canada, Australia, Spain, Germany and more. Theyve also signed many exclusivity deals. That stock will be worth 10x or more what it is now within 5 years.
