Hai pplz! I got 3 lowryder wannabe females under a 600watt high pressure sodium light. After a long time i realised that the plants aint actually lowryder as they wasnt auto-flowering and their height at this moment is 1.30m 1.35m and 1.50m :!: . So, i got my 3 unknown origin sexy ladies on flowering for about 1 month now (12/12 lighting), expectiong like 1 more moth (maybe some more) for the harvest. Everything was perfect since yesterday, i noticed tha ta few leaves was kinda burned like the plant needs some more magnesium, but i dont think it does, as all my ferts got quite alot. Also, some pistils seem to burn aswell and thats why im worried about. Im not sure if they are burned or just becoming old, but both aint good signs :/
My temp is around 26-31C and humidity 30-60% depending on other stuff, usually 30C and 50%. I use biobloom, abit biogrow, top max and abit big bud (the same amounts and ferts were used for other grows with excellent results). All three plants are in 30lt pots and their root system looks perfect.

Well, i dont know watafux is going on with these babies, but they are too damn sexy to die...
Plx buddies, help the poor nub =(

ps. Ill add some photos of the leaves and buds but im not sure if u can see the problem in the pistils. :!:

Thx for the reply m8. I bought them from a local shop and they seemed to be original as their box had the firm typed etc ( lowryder.co.uk ). I dont think that the lamp is the problem... The one with the problem on pistils have 50cm distance from the 1st bud and approx 70cm distance from the burned leaves - no burned leaves above 70cm (!!??). I really wanna believe thats from over-fert or somthings missing.. ;/

Also i wanna add that the plant continue to grow bigger but the new buds are extremely small and with very few pistils. Moreover the plant doesnt smell anymore like it was smelling before 10 days which was fullon flowering. Something goes wrong here or its my idea??

sound like just a simple old growth spurt dude. the leaves on the colas start to wither and turn yellow and some of the pistils will wither. and believe me when i say that those very little new buds will grow a ton and swell in the next month. yer nutes are probably fine

A very good analysis. +rep!

I'd still recommend you show us a pic...who knows, maybe it's something else.

Also, lowryder.co.uk aka The Joint Doctor sells more than just simple lowryders.

Thanks both for the answers lads. By the way, i told the problem with the seeds to the shop i bought them and they told me that many ppl had the same problem. So! I added many pixx from my 3 unknown but sexy plants so u can see my setup and stuff, if not tell me to post some more specific pics.
Take care :bigjoint:

yea. i would say from that the 90 kb pic that it was a growth spurt. that top cola will fill in. however the growth spurt areas tend to take a little longer to ripen for harvest than the rest of the plant

thanks u very much guys for the replies !!! :D

I have another question about adding sugar to the plant...do you think that's right because i 've read that it increases the harvest till 20%....if yes how much should i put in 1 L of water?

You should know that roots cannot absorb glucose, sugar or any other carbohydrate, only macro and micro nutrients. This doesn't mean that sugar doesn't effect yield.

Carbohydrates serve as food for the microorganisms living in the soil (that's why they're useless in hydro grows). These microorganisms break down the complex nutes of the soil, producing the macro and micro elements absorbed by the roots.

If you want to give your plant a carbohydrate supplement, go with molasses. It contains complex sugars that break down over time, thus presenting a long lasting food source for the microorganisms, plus it contains ALL microelements! The extra nutes and minerals provide a stronger cannabinoid and terpene production, making your pot smellier and more potent.

Add 1 tbs of unsulphured blackstrap molasses or the blackest/brownest sugar you can find if molasses is not handy, to one gallon (3.7l) of watering solution every watering.

molasses is the best but i use unrefined sugar cause its easier to handle and less messy and dissolves better in water. not as easy to find as molasses though
