Lowrider??

I have this plant from seed. Real good smoke it was, so I saved the seed though it was bagseed.(2 seeds actually)

I got them growing and then sexed them, they both were female.
I then returned them to 24-7.
One plant returned to veg and grew nicely.
The other however, is still budding. it's been over a month and its still budding. I took a clone and that is budding too, with no signs of slowing down.

Keep in mind both seeds came off the same bud so I know its from the same plant. If it was auto flowering both plants would be doing the same thing, right?.
This thing isn't getting very big, and all the other plants the same "age" have gone on to grow and reached the desired stage for flowering.
Is this likely to be a Lowrider strain? Why would it grow so oddly?

I am a fan of the lowryders and their autoflower cousins and have to tell you a couple of things.

First, even with seeds from the same plant you will get big variations from plant to plant. I have had one plant run into the lights while another plant might top out at all of 7 inches. I am not kidding--they can vary greatly.

I have had plants in the same grow finish 3 weeks apart--some just mature quickly while others take their sweet time.

If you clone any autoflower the clone will be the same genetic age as the parent. If you take a snip from a 4 week old plant, the clone will only grow as long as the original plant does.

Based on what you have said you may very well still have 2 lowryders.
