either buy a humidifier, they start around 30 bucks but range to well above 200 just as well, and we are not really in the season for those now if you not happen to live down under;) so you have to check and shop around a bit i guess.

other method would to use passive vaporisation, so vaporise water from a jar basically;) get a rubbermaid box with lid and drill holes in for a or several wicks, the key is to create as much surface as possible and place it into air current;)

A bowl of water with an airstone in it. You can get a cheap air pump at the pet store for $3-4, and the airstone is about $1. This would be better than just a bowl of water, but not as good as a humidifier.
 
my plants were in 30% humidity...i started soaking 2 towels in hot water from the shower,ringing them out, and i hang them in my grow room..brings my humidity up past 50%. do it everyday and it works perfectly..keepin it cheap..i love it

yea i just tried this and its working..my RH was 35% now its 40% and i hope its 50%next time i look in there
