Do you ph it?
i'm a DWC guy, so the perlite/peat mix was new for me. well i grew peppers years ago this way, but never checked PH.

a couple nights ago, i started checking run-off. mine was in the 4.5 range

after some quick research, i learned the peat moss is extremely acidic.

so now i have added lime to my mix. bongsmilie

once i get a chance i will check the run off from a plant with the new mix.

for the others, i sprinkled a tiny amount on the top to help out with each watering.

not much. some lower leaves yellowing and a couple with some brown spots.

plants pretty healthy and vigorous otherwise. they have only been in the peat/perlite for about 3-4 weeks.

they are currently in their first 12/12 dark period. 707 Truthband, Ghost Train Haze #1 and MK-Ultra. Adding a Bogglegum dwc plant in there tonight or tomorrow night.

Okay guys. These seedlings are doing great and the time has come to drop them into bags and put some more watts on them. 31 are being transplanted and a 600watt hps will be my weapon of choice above for this next step. 20180211_115652.jpg
